It would have gotten a 5, but during a heavy rain with some wind, the ground was wet and it pulled up the ropes. The wind rolled it over, and I was pretty disappointed that 2 of the bars had broken. Make sure to go deep when tieing down the ropes on the corners!!!!!

Other, more expensive, tents have some features not included here (such as a lower support railing), but this tent seems solid. I have hopes that it even hold up in snow (won't know for awhile). am considering getting a second one. I am considering getting a second one. Good value.

this is easy to put up. very well constructed. had one before that was low quality first wind storm and it was gone. this one has extra braces,tie downs and buttons to snap it together. the package also came with gloves, rope and tie downs. the gloves just blow me away. what great customer caring. if you need a 10 by 20 carport/tent/canopy, look no further. ... show more

Put this up to cover a car, the top goes down to the polls and should cover the corners, there are multiple holes for tensioning the side arms that come down, had ours in the top holes on each corner as it wouldn't go further, the hook and attaching piece ripped out. Now the corner is a flap in any wind and the corner won't seal. Contacted the seller: first attempt was ignored, second try got an answer. After many messages and photos sent, they offered me $20 as compensation. I just want a new cover. Might want to try a different option, they don't stand behind their product. Update: the seller promised to send a new cover and give me $20 if I would change my review. Meanwhile, no cover has arrived in the month and the side velcro has torn out as well as other corner clips. Thankfully I got the asurion protection and will get my money back, mostly. ... show more

I’ve had this for about four months and noticed it slowly starting to tear around the zippers and on the roof. We also just had a rainstorm and the back of it completely tore off! This is false advertising and I’m paying monthly for this cheap thing and Amazon won’t refund me or stop the monthly payments. Now I’m gonna have to spend more money to see if I can repair it. Well I’ve really like it until now that I saw that big rip in the top and I use it to store my bikes in and think God we haven’t had any rain in months but I think it should of last more then 3 months?
