I just had a surgery, so my doctor recommended to use one of these silicone tapes and after trying a few of them this is the best one !! it last even up to a week and is thicker than the rest so you feel that your scars are more protected.

The last several days I have actually been using two different scar tapes on two different scars, so it's natural that I would make comparisons. This scar tape has proven superior over the other tape I was testing. Though the thicker nature of this tape means I can't see the progress being made on the scar, when I changed the tape, it appeared that there had been improvement in a very short period of time (too soon to make a final assessment, but I can update if I stop seeing improvement). Prior to using the tape, the scar had not improved for a couple of months. I was able to shower while wearing the tape and it stayed in place. It also has held fast throughout the night. (The other tape I had tested fell off during the night.) I appreciate the stickiness and the waterproof properties of this tape. The only thing I found confusing was the "product performance" as listed on the box (see picture). It states that it has good transparency. This tape is thick and definitely NOT transparent. It also states that it does not stick to the skin and tissue. It most definitely sticks (which is a good thing for a product which is to be worn 24 hours a day). Because there doesn't seem to be an issue with the product performance (just confusing writing on the box), I stand by my 5 star assessment.

I'm not sure if thicker is better but this roll of scar sheet tape serves the purpose well. It cuts easily and adheres very well, I don't even feel it while on. I prefer it a bit less to other rapes that have pre-perforated segments because you have to use scissors to cut this, so that's one extra step, especially if you have a lot of scars you are working with.

I got this for my c-section scar i have had two and my scar is actually so perfect the drs did a great job honestly as it only looks like there was only one c-section done the went over the last scar perfectly but i do have a bit of a raised scar it does go down on it own ( my first was almost completely flat when i had my second) but i thought i would try this to see if it would speed up the process this time around I’ve only been using it for 2 weeks now so ill update later

I ordered the EzonaCare Thicker Silicone Scar Sheets to try out on the 2 surgical scars on my leg after I broke my femur last year. A month after surgery, I tried using a silicone scar sheet that was thinner and more transparent. It worked fine but it often peeled off when I wore stretch or tighter fitting pants. Since the EzonaCare Silicone Scar Sheets are much thicker, they stay on better under clothing. I can wear them for days even after I shower. Since the scars are on my upper leg, the scar sheets aren’t visible unless I’m wearing a bathing suit. In summary, if you have a scar on skin that is hidden by clothing and may rub against it, this is a good tape to use. However, if you have a scar on skin that is visible, a thinner and transparent tape may be a better choice. It’s difficult to know at this point if the tape has made my scars less visible. Only time will tell.

The EzonaCare Thicker Silicone Scar Sheets are indeed thicker than the scar sheets I have previously been using. Right out of the box, my first thought was that even the plastic bag inside the box is thicker! It looks and feels like great quality. However, because the scars are on my face, it isn't a flat surface and while these did initially stick, all the corners were lifted within hours. Also, the color of it is like a band aid so it is quite obvious that I have a big square of something stuck on my face. That means I can't wear it during the day at work because it looked terrible. A normal shaped band aid would actually look better. I did give it 4 stars because I think if your scar is on a bigger flatter area like a leg, these would be a nice option.
