Item is as described however it does not include the bobbin. I should have noticed that but it’s the first time I’ve had to recharge my Onyx life vest. This product cannot be returned which makes this purchase for me a loss because I’ve got to buy a new package which includes the bobbin. After seeing my review they contacted me and tried to make it right which is pretty classy this day and time. ... show more
