  • So soothing and promotes relaxation and focus in the evenings.
Color: 1806-black-100% Blue Light Blocking Magnification Strength: 0.0 x
I think these are great. Very comfortable. Fits over my glasses. Wear in the evenings for several hours before bedtime especially if watching tv or working on the computer. VERY RELAXING. They cut the blue light that disrupts melatonin production and its release. They are also important to wear if you get up in the middle of the night and need to flip on the light because the light at night will also disrupt the melatonin released in your brain that makes you sleepy and ready to fall back to sleep. (I.e., light exposure at night will wake you up.) So these glasses keep you from experiencing sleep disruption. You may be tempted to use them while drivings since the side lenses allow you to see peripherally. Note, however, that the colors of the traffic lights are changed by the lenses so not safe for driving. The lenses also cut the blue light that can cause macular degeneration over time so that is really important. See David Asprey's website for more information about these wonderful glasses and you can check where you can see how they look when worn. ... show more

  • Fits solidly right on top of my prescription Glasses, and does not wiggle around.
Color: 1806-black-100% Blue Light Blocking Magnification Strength: 0.0 x
SECURE FIT over my Prescription glasses, ( My Prescription Glasses are :(5, 1/2), that is: five and a half inches wide). This frame is very comfortable, over the top on them. ////. The amount of blue light is just the right amount and that makes reading the print on my DESK TOP computer monitor perfect. The lenses do not distort the image in anyway — very clear. Thus, the blue light blocked enables the body to regulate the production of the MELATONIN HORMONE essential for a good nights sleep. There were many choices of this type of “fit over” blue light blocking glasses and this must be one of the best for men who wear prescription glasses and use a desk top computer for many hours during the day. This item is one of the best that I have bought on line from Amazon. ... show more

  • Too big for my glasses
Color: 1803-black Red-30% Blue Light Blocking Magnification Strength: 0.0 x
This is my second pair of this type. These are too big for my glasses and keep slipping off. Other than that they are fine.

  • Decent glasses at an okay price
Color: 1806-tortoise-100% Blue Light Blocking Magnification Strength: 0.0 x
These are decent glasses. The serve their function: strongly blocking blue light while also fitting over regular prescription glasses. I do like them. I just feel that for the price (almost 30 bucks) the quality should be a little higher. The frames are comfortable. The size is decent. They fit ok over my smallish to moderately sized acetate frame glasses. Not awesome, but enough to be useable. I have an older pair that are slightly smaller and have a metal half frame with nose pads. The Eyekeppers fit much more effectively over those and do not functionally fit over my moderately sized cat eye Rayban frames. The frames are very squared off so they do not completely meet the face on the outer part so some light can get around there, particularly when worn over the thicker acetate frame glasses. They still work decently though. The lens color is great. Definitely blocks a very high percentage of blue light. I am pleased with their function in this respect. They definitely feel and perform like cheap plastic lenses though. They smudge insanely easily. Absurdly easily. I do feel like they will almost certainly scratch very easily as well. Time will tell, but I fully expect scratches to happen very quickly/easily even with the utmost care. Hopefully I will be proven wrong in that area. Bottom line: Do they work? Yes. They have been very effective in aiding my avoidance of blue light in the couple hours before bed. (Even with the small amount of light that can sneak around the edges.) Are they comfortable to wear? Yes. They are much more comfortable to wear for extended periods than my previous Uvex pairs and the fact that they allow me to wear prescription lenses underneath relatively comfortably makes it much easier for me to use them consistently with less frustration. Are they worth the money? I would say so. I feel like the quality of materials is more of a 20 dollar range than almost 30, but they do seem well constructed and the design is decent. Compared to the price of similar style fitover blueblocking glasses, I would say they are a decent value for a more budget friendly option. If you are not sure you are ready to commit and want to try this type of glasses out without investing a ton, or if you just don't have the budget to drop 80+ dollars for an extra snazzy pair of fitovers or hundreds for prescription amber lenses, these are a very good option. If it were possible I would give them more like 3.5 or 3.75 stars. I am happy I have them and satisfied with my purchase. ... show more

  • Great fit on my large head!
Color: 1802-tortoise-100% Blue Light Blocking Magnification Strength: 0.0 x
These were not bought to go over other eyeglasses, but to fit my larger-than-normal (for a woman) head! They do fit comfortably, but they also help in another way. Every night I read in bed, using a table lamp to my left, which allows light form the side to an irritating extent. The extra wide temples now block the light coming in from the sides, which is perfect! The reduction in blue light helps me fall asleep faster. One thing that bothers me somewhat is the orange color. I understand why they are orange, but will also try out others which claim to block blue light, but are not so very orange! ... show more

  • Sleep sooner
Color: 1805-black Red-100% Blue Light Blocking Magnification Strength: 0.0 x
I definitely go to sleep sooner after wearing these. I adjusted to the color change quickly and I forget I am seeing less blue. The wraparound design I chose also blocks drafts that affect my eyes (I have Dry Eye). I now wear these regularly by 8 at night, with or without my regular glasses underneath. I can watch TV or videos without being kept up (unless video has stressful topic). ... show more
