    • Best thing I ever purchased
Review Image by K. Dodd
Grady has hated every cat tree I’ve ever purchased..He loves this one. It’s stable, big, high enough and he immediately used it! Lots of scratching posts which is great. The top fits his 16 lb self and it’s comfortable. It was most definitely the easiest thing I’ve ever put together. Probably took 10 minutes. It is perfectly stable no matter how hard he jumps on it. I would recommend this 1000%. Worth every penny. ... show more

    • this thing is HUGE so make sure you've got the space for it
This is much larger than I imagined but it is an exceptionally nice tower for my rather chunky kitties. I placed it in front of a window so now all of them can have a window seat view at the same time. It was a breeze to assemble...just a couple of twists to get each platform screwed securely into their base and we were good to go. The carpeting it's covered with is soft and seems to be attached securely. Very happy with this product. ... show more

    • Well made. My 4 cats love it.
Pros: Came mostly assembled. Easy to screw on the 3 shelves. Real carpet that will last. The uncarpeted underside was sanded very smooth. No splinters. I was worried about this because all of my cat trees are fully covered. But this is fine. Nothing snags. Solid. Rope is secured tightly. No nails or staples sticking out. Cats (max 13 lbs) roughhouse on this with no problems. No fear of tipping. Plenty of room on the platforms. The middle U-shaped platform is very deep. I was afraid it would be too much but they love it. I think they feel secure. And they love to "hide" and peek over when playing. It will definitely hold a big breed cat. Cons: The bottom had some wood splinters that I felt the need to cover to protect the floor. Just one corner. The middle post wobbles just a bit. It turned out not to be a problem but I wanted to note it. I only buy these solid wood trees with real carpet because they last for more than the lifetime of your cat. Worth the expense. But it has been so hard to find them lately. I hated to buy one without being able to see how stable and well made they are. But this one did not disappoint. I am glad I gave it a try. I can see a larger breed cat being fine on this. The center pole needs to be screwed tight or support piece screwed between one platform and the middle pole if it is a concern for the big guys. But for the average cat, no issues. ... show more

    • Solid and perfect for heavy cats
Review Image by Cassandra
Review Image by Cassandra
I typically get CatTreeKing products for my Maine Coon as they are sturdy and have large platforms for him. However, they are very expensive and I was looking for an alternative solution for a 3rd tree in our house. This is a perfect solution! The price is fair and the structure is very sturdy with large platforms for my 16lb Maine Coon to rest comfortably. I have 2 other DSH cats and of course they too have plenty of room. So easy to put together. Very heavy so you may need help lifting. Fantastic buy and I will be buying another at some point! ... show more

    • My cats and I love this cat tower!
Review Image by Kay
I had two older cat towers that I’ve had about 8 years made by the same company that needed to be replaced with bigger, taller, and newer towers. I was so happy to find them here, and picked out two for my home. This one is massive, sturdy, and fantastic for larger cats. Both of mine have so much space on it, and really enjoy stretching out. I’m not worried at all about it being knocked down, since it’s built solid. Other towers that you have to build yourself feel like they’re made of paper towel rolls, the fabric is awful, and they wobble so much they will fall over. This one has really nice quality carpet fabric, sturdy scratching twine, and is super sturdy since you only have to attach the three poles and it’s ready to use. The only issue I could have is the middle tallest pole does shake slightly, but if you really screw it in tight it’s fine, and the two ledges between it help keep it stable as well. Overall though I’m very happy with this tower, the design is exactly what I wanted in the spot I put it in, and I can see it lasting for years like my old ones did. ... show more

    • Real wood and carpet construction that will last. Well received by our furry boys!
Review Image by scott c.
This tree is perfect for our needs. Heavy duty construction, well built with wood and not cardboard tubes, and we like that it is covered with carpet, not the fake fur stuff. The posts covered with sissel seem to be put together well and, hopefully, won't start unravelling anytime soon. It came quickly and packed well. Assembly was minimal as it was in big pieces. Only real complaint: the towers have to be screwed in (bolts already mounted in the wood) so you need to spin the entire platform. The center post is rectangular, which is good for stability, but not good for spinning down (screwing down) between 2 platforms. Had to turn the 2 lower platforms sideways to allow space for the center post. We left it that way. Due to the heavier construction of the top area, which we like, the single tall post has a little sway to it. Not too much, but might need to put a stabilizer screw up underneath in the future. Overall, very happy with our purchase, and would recommend it. And, somewhat surprisingly, one of our cats actually hangs out in the highest hammock/platform/half-pipe. ... show more

    • Great for big cats but quality and packaging could be improved
We needed a large but not extremely tall cat tree that could accommodate our 16 lb cat and 2 clumsy kittens, and this seems like it will work well. We love that it's carpet so the cats can grip it as they run and jump, and it's a nice height for looking out the window without being excessively tall or wobbly, although as other reviewers have mentioned the central pole wobbles a bit. There's lots of sisal for scratching and unlike with our other cat tree, the kittens can reach it too. My big cat likes that he can stretch to his full height and scratch the sisal at the middle level while standing on the ground. It was also super quick and easy to assemble. Overall we really like it but there are a few problems. The tree was very poorly packed. When we received it, it was in one giant box that must have been difficult for the delivery driver to carry. There were a couple holes in the box and one of the sisal poles was falling out. It's been about a day and the smell isn't as bad anymore, but it had a strong chemical scent at first. The quality of the carpet could be better and I would have liked it to be wrapped around all visible surfaces. The underside of the perches is not wrapped, leaving the ugly particleboard visible. Despite a few issues, this is a great and affordable tree! ... show more

    • Look great and very sturdy!
My cats LOVE their new Tree! It’s sturdy, made with carpet instead of that thin fuzzy cheap material and not an eyesore. This cat tree would be great for all size cats. Even our maine coon jumping and playing on it it remains sturdy. Huge plus for us as she weighs 18 pounds. The height is perfect for all cats. ... show more
