This is my second one. The first one went with the truck when I sold it. From my research, Extang makes the OEM tonneau covers for Honda. Although the OEMs just use brackets versus the full length rails on these. They are high quality, look good and really easy to install. The second time install took about 30 minutes, taking my time by myself. It was even delivered 5 days earlier than expected (ordered it Thursday and got it Saturday). The only complaint is that the Amazon driver left it in the driveway rather than read the two delivery arrow signs on the front of my house. But that is not a reflection on the product. I finally decided to put a tonneau on my truck, having resisted the temptation for the last four trucks. I researched it from customer reviews on various sites and the Extang Trifecta 2.0 Signature series won out. The canvas material looks good and appears more durable than the standard vinyl. So far, it has been through some rain storms with no leakage. Even with the cover closed, I can access pretty much anything in the Ridgeline trunk. If I flip up the first panel I the lid opens all the way. The instructions are pretty well illustrated for most trucks and a separate section for the Nissan. However, the Ridgeline mounting brackets are included and you do not need to cut the liner for the clamps. The instructions are a bit lacking in this regard. So do not cut your liner for the Ridgeline. The brackets mount to the top front and back tie down cleats and you can reuse them. All in all, it only takes about half an hour to install once you figure out the brackets. There are YouTube videos if you get stuck. ... show more

Way less expensive than the Honda tonneau. Took 30 minutes to fit… don’t forget to get yourself a T50 torx bit first and yes, you can keep the factory tie downs. Looks great!

I would give this cover a 5 stars but I was disappointed that it did not come with directions and trying to watch a video when you live in an area with poor reception to watch a video while at the truck was disappointing. Also if I had directions I would of known what tool I needed to take off the original hardware. It’s a T-50 Torx by the way. Once I watched the video 2-3 times I was able to install the brackets with ease I had help to hold the brackets in while I screwed them in. Doing it by yourself is probably doable if you are truck savvy. After I got the brackets in it was smooth sailing. For the gate end you can screw in the original brackets with the new brackets so you have access to the anchors by the gate. It is made of a nice material nice and sturdy. Also to get the silver anchors on the brackets you will need to use a lubricant as they don’t slide easily. But all in all it’s a good cover! I also wanted to add about a week after I installed it we had hurricane force storm cell pass by and this thing held up like a champ and no leakage. ... show more

This is my first review ever of a product that I’ve bought on Amazon. This cover is great so far. I installed it myself and it only took me 25 minuets after watching a YouTube video. Very easy to install but you will need a T50 torx wrench to undo the hooks in the cab of the bed. The cover fits perfectly and the tailgate opens and closes just fine. The compartment that has the cooler inside where the spare tire is that opens up gets caught on the rails a little bit when you try to open it all the way up. It still opens just brushes the sides of the rails a little bit. Other than that the cover is great easy to install and makes the truck look better. ... show more

Just received and installed this tonneau cover today. It did not include 2019 Honda Ridgeline installation instructions but a quick look at a video on YouTube made it pretty easy to install. Very tight and nice fit. Waterproof? Not sure yet, but it's suppose to rain tonight so I will know tomorrow how waterproof it is by then. I was able to install the front cargo hooks upside down, which was nice. Not a perfect fit, but worked well enough. We were vary careful to make sure the cab side did not touch the cab paint, which I'm pretty sure would cause paint wear after a while. My only gripe perhaps was with UPS. The tracking information at first said "On Truck for Delivery" then about 10am changed to "Business was closed, will deliver next business day". My home is NOT a business, so I called UPS to find out WTH was going on. They told me the packaging had been damaged and they had to "repack" it and it was mis-scanned which was where the "Business" part came in. They said it never made it onto the delivery truck. I ask if I could just drop by after work and pick it up. "No problem" they said. I got there and retrieved the shipment. The box was in horrible condition, in fact it was very wet on one end, soaked in fact and was half opened. I took it anyway hopeful the contents were fine, which they were. I photographed it all before even opening the box, just to be sure I had a claim, just in case. Anyway, this is on UPS most likely. All ended up well, minus a few scuffs on the tonneau cover's cab side, which I think will be invisible once it rains on it. Very happy with it overall! Good purchase, bad shipping. ... show more

    • Cheap material - expensive price

When I installed my cover on my former truck, GMC Sierra, was done in 10 minutes and never had a drop of water in the bed (even after using car wash). This one, took a long time to install and leaks. When tightening the cover, the bolt started spinning - the plastic piece holding it in place gave out. I had to put a small vice clamp on the bolt and spin up the handle then move the vice clamp down and hold the bolt again just to tighten it. The ridge line bed liner system has gaps - water comes in all the time. Cover needs better gasket and the bolt shouldn’t be held in by a plastic cap. Four times more expensive than what I had on the gmc and does not work nearly as well. ... show more
