I bought this without knowing how it would fit in my vehicle.(24 Outback Wilderness) It fits perfectly! The front seats have to be forward though. Unless you do what I did and move the front seats forward to inflate, close the hatch, then move the front seats to where you want them and don’t open the hatch. Has enough room for my dog Stormy(German shepherd Siberian husky mix ) and I, with room if my Pops wants to sleep in the back. As well as some space in the trunk area for small things. I put most of my gear in the footwells and in the front passenger seat. Inflation time with the hand pump is about 15 or so minutes. Otherwise you can wait about 45-50 minutes for it to self inflate, then top it off with the hand pump. It seems durable enough, it’s foam on the inside, I have not gotten it wet so I don’t know if it is water absorbing foam. It’s super durable and even at a really firm inflation, Stormy’s claws don’t even seem to do anything to it. She won’t let me trim her claws with a tool, so they’re very sharp and long. It’s horribly comfortable when you find your firmness setting with the adjustment valve at the top. Feels better than my bamboo memory foam mattress at home. Didn’t wake up hurting and sore either. I ended up taking it out of the car to roll it up after all said and done while out camping. Took maybe 5 minutes, and the stuff sack has extra room if you don’t get all the air out completely. I definitely enjoy this mattress and I’ll be getting a queen size exped mattress for my tent, thats for sure. Slight cons: it does have an air mattress rubbing noise to it when moving around on it. Fits perfect in the back of my Subaru Forester (2018) and is super comfortable! If you overinflated it, it might not be all that comfortable, heads up. Definitely let some air out to adjust to the softness level you like, it makes a HUGE difference!

The first time I inflated It took about four hours so I was A little worried , I let it sit for 24 hrs then deflated it and put it into my Pilot it inflated in a few minutes and worked fine

It’s a bit stiff for side sleepers. I had to get an extra foam top for comfort. It did not self inflate. For the price I thought I would be getting something more comfortable and easy to use. If it lasts for years, I might have to revisit this review. Once I got the matching pump it is very easy to inflate and deflate and store. Will also add it fits perfectly in my car. ... show more
