  • The BEST for side sleeper!!
Size: MegaMat Duo 10 Style: Medium
I weigh almost 250lbs and have struggled finding something that I don't go through on. This is the 1st camping mattress that I have had and didn't need to add a foam topper. Easily fits 2 people. I camp so much in my truck bed and it fits perfect in my 6ft tacoma. Saves me the head space since I don't use a high camper topper. I have taken this backpacking as well (<5 mile hike, I was not carrying the tent either) and got such good sleep. Coming from someone picky - I highly recommend. Pretty costly, but durable and comfy - what more can you ask for?? ... show more

  • Perfect item. Buy this.
Size: MegaMat 10 Style: Long Extra Wide
I'm SO glad I bought these. Given their price, I was hesitant to buy multiple of them for my camping kit, but have zero buyer's remorse, after using them this weekend. I'm a 6'2" 270lb guy with a bad back. If I sleep on anything harder than a pillow top, my back is agony in the morning. My tiny girlfriend is the opposite, and needs to sleep on bricks to sleep well. We were both ecstatic. When fully inflated, they're very stiff, which is good for some, but you can deflate it to make it super soft as well. I deflated mine until it was just full enough that my pressure points wouldn't touch the ground underneath, and it's suuuuuper comfy. More comfortable than my memory foam mattress at home, in fact. As an unexpected bonus, they're ridiculously easy to inflate, deflate, and put away. Trivially easy. Inflating is just letting it sit for a bit, then using a few steps on the provided pump. To deflate, you just roll it over a few times and lay on it to get all the air out. It looks like it's vacuum sealed at that point, and you can easily roll it up and put it in the side-loading sack. No grueling effort to roll it perfectly tight and shove it into a too-small hole like a lot of over camping equipment. No cons at all. Whoever engineered this, hit me up, and I'll buy you a coffee/beer. ... show more

  • Cannot say enough good things about this mat. Well worth the price.
Size: MegaMat 10 Style: Medium Wide
I was so hesitant to pay $200 for a camping pad despite obsessing over this one for some time. However after reading some reviews and the one that said it was the price of staying in a hotel, I was pushed over the edge. I rarely stay in hotels, mostly camp and thought I owe it to myself to get something decent. I am in love with this pad. There is no turning back. It is so easy to setup. I lay it out in my tent with the intake valve open to let a little air in and then later a few puffs (a minute) with the accompanying pump and voila, I have a comfortable pad. It is possible to have it very very firm or let a little air out and have a little give. Packing up, open the output valve and roll from the other end. The valves are great, easy to use and large enough. The bag it comes with is very convenient and easy to carry. I spent hours laying on it to read and then hours of sleeping. It is easy to get off of i.e. unlike an air mattress which sinks when you sit up, this stays firm. I also slept in 16 degree weather in my tent and felt well insulated. This is NOT a backpacking mattress as it is too big when rolled up but is perfect for car camping (I have a very small car) ... show more

  • Super comfortable self inflating sleeping pad!!!
Size: MegaMat 10 Style: Medium Wide
I love this Exped Megamat 10 MW sleeping pad 💜 It measures about 4 inches high, 26 inches wide and 71 inches long. I have a Sleep Number mattress at home. I have several health issues which make sleeping difficult and often painful. I can not skimp where sleeping comfort is concerned. There is memory foam inside that is condensed when deflated and expands quickly when inflating. This is so much more comfortable and cozy than a plastic air bubble or a foam mat. The combination of the two is what makes it so comfortable. I position the mat so the air valves are at the head so I can easily adjust the firmness based on my pain level that day. The little hand pump is very easy to use and only takes a handful of easy squeezes to top off the mat after it self inflates. When I car camp in my Prius, I use the MegaMat in the front and back seat on the passenger side so I can sleep on an incline. It is incredibly comfortable!!! I can even sleep on my side without any pressure on my shoulders, hips or knees. I am a petite 5' 1" so this placement will obviously not work for taller people. It fits perfectly in the rear passenger side with the 60% split seat laid flat. I do travel with small dogs so I wrap the mattress in a thick comforter to avoid damage from tiny nails. Sleeping in the front area of my Prius gives me easy access to the climate control. I can set the climate control to run off the battery while the car is in ready mode. If the battery gets low the gas engine kicks on for about a minute to recharge the battery. This allows for comfortable temperatures all night long. This and the 50 MPG are the two big reasons I chose a Prius for travel. Since space is a premium in the Prius I enjoy sleeping in the front away from my "stuff" which is primarily in the trunk area. I can't honestly say enough about this sleeping pad. If I can ever find a negative on this product I will be sure to leave an update. ... show more

  • A few suggestions
Size: MegaMat Duo 10 Style: Long Wide
I was tired of buying cheap air mattress from box stores just find myself sleeping in the ground due to a leaky hole I could never find. I bit the bullet and spent a cool three hundi on this air mattress. Cons: The hand pump is a joke. Really? I would recommend an alternative method. The first night sleeping on it was horrible! My hips and abductors hurt so bad. After letting out some air, things improved drastically. So I would recommend not filling it all the way, if you need a mattress with more give. It also helps to add a sleeping bag over the foam. It's a little on the heavier side, so I probably wouldn't recommend it for backpackers. Pros: It's a great quality mattress. This thing will last for a long time. It is comfortable! Once you can figure out the amount of air, the soft foam is appreciated. It easily fit two people no problem. ... show more

  • Extremely comfortable and warm
Size: MegaMat 10 Style: Medium Wide
Got this as a partial set to replace the sleeping pads in my iKamper Skycamp. Solved condensation issues on the floor, is way more comfortable, and much warmer.
