Bought it as a barrier for my dog. Not the highest quality fence but it serves its purpose. I would advise you have a power drill as it's rather difficult to put the fence together with just the small screwdriver they give you as there aren't any pre-drilled holes. The max stretch length is also closer to 50", not the 63" they advertise. ... show more

For the price I paid, I expected something a bit nicer.....but they do look cute and serve quite well as a yard divider. Wish they were taller, very easy to assemble. Will see how they hold up during hurricane season....so far, so good!

First thing, taking it out of the box I got a nasty splinter. There are many more splinters to catch me. So obviously not finished well. The stain on the wood is very uneven so I would need to paint. Not very sturdy. No instructions on how to put it together properly. I am not happy. A waste of my money. IN OTHER WORDS A PIECE OF CRAP. ... show more

pros! Does exactly what I needed them to do. Keep toddler in certain area with out having to drill wholes. Would I buy again- yes, even though my husband could have made them. I got these quick and the job is done:) Cons- I had/have to be careful. One area came cracked, and when you expand you can hear the tension on the wood. full of stables/nails and some of them come out other side so you have to be careful not to scratch, but the material is not that high quality! ... show more

I am using these to block entryways into my courtyard.......short of putting in permanent gates, these suffice for the purpose intended. A little pricey for the quality, but I have been unable to locate any other gates that would serve my purpose.

The feet were not attached, nor were there holes to know where to put the screws. I happened to have a drill to install them, but within a day they were falling apart. they look fine, and still expand and contract just fine, just annoyed that I had to attach the feet myself.

    • FLEXIBILITY IS GREAT
I AM SLOWLY PUTTING IN A SCHRUB/FLOWER GARDEN ON MY SIDE FENCE. GOT 2. WORKS PERFECTLY TO KEEP OUT MY DOG AND OTHER CRITTERS. WOULD LIKE 2 OR 3 MORE. LOOK GOOD TOO.
