I've used this chair for two summers now, probably 30 to 40 times, and absolutely love it. I'm 300 lbs and was worried about breaking more traditional portable chairs. With this chair there is no worry! Its so comfortable the way it cradles you and with its light padding. I typically sit in it for a couple hours at a time. Even my normal weight friends love to use it and razz me for having such a fancy chair. The seams are all holding up well, and the chair is quite sturdy and durable. There are a couple disadvantages to be aware of. The chair sits a little on the low side and for heavy people with big stomachs like me, its a little difficult to get out of. With all the weight, its hard to lean forward enough to just stand up. I have to push off the arms with my hands when getting up. Despite all the weight I put on those arms, they have shown no sign of collapse, damage or failure. Another thing to be aware of is that the chair is a bit heavy to carry very long distances and even when in its bag, it's a bit on the big side, so it takes up more room in your vehicle. Speaking of the carry bag, it's nicely built and isn't too difficult to put the chair in like some other regular sized folding chairs. The chair is great! It’s large and very comfy. Took it camping with family and friends and everyone wanted to steal this chair to sit in because it was so comfy. I was worried that it might be difficult to pack-up because it’s large, but it wasn’t at all. It’s easy to carry, too. My only complaint is the carrying bag. The chair itself feels very durable but the bag is made of thin material and already has 2 holes in it. I wasn’t smart enough to double check before I used it, so not sure if it came that way or if I did it, but I’ve only unpacked and repacked it one time, so that’s disappointing. Comfortable chair, nice padding and sturdy, BUT: seat is too deep, seat back leans too far back, unable to sit upright in this chair. I'm a female, avg build, 5'6". Nice if you want to take a nap, but not good if you're watching something, reading, or drinking something.

These chairs are so comfortable you could fall asleep in them. Very roomy. Two different size cupholders. The smaller one is still large enough to put a phone in. Wine glass holder is sturdy and I appreciate that because I do prefer a stemmed glass. The belt that goes around it when you fold it up is an added bonus to secure the chair so it’s easy to get it back in the bag.
