The partial exhaust system bolts in on one side and clamps for the tail pipe portion. I welded the tail pipe because I don't like clamps. Sounds good and fits correctly.

The system seems good. Muffler feels solidly made. But it is missing the bolts to connect to the catalytic converter and it came with the wrong size muffler clamps. Good enough for the price. But kinda a pain I have to keep heading to the auto parts store.

I was able to have the Jeep dealership install this part in to my car it did fit and worked properly however there were air leaks which caused it to be extremely loud. I did have to bring it to a second auto shop to have them weld parts of this exhaust together as well as weld this exhaust to my catalytic converter. After getting it welded it is a pretty good part it is a little bit louder then the original part but it is cheaper and works for it’s intended purpose after I modified it. If it lasts for 5-10 years I would consider this a 4 star product even after having to weld together. 6/12/24Update: it’s been about 7 months since I’ve had this installed and I updated the review to a 1 star. Because the pipe and exhaust is the wrong size it causes the entire exhaust to vibrate and rattle against the body of the car every so often. It’s extremely loud rattling noise and it’s very annoying. Apparently the exhaust is not the correct size or shape so it does not fit. Sometimes it’s very quiet and sometimes it rattles very loudly almost always while stopped at a light or in park. Just constant rattling. ... show more

Exact fit for my 08 jeep grand cherokee laredo 3.7 The delivery came earlier than stated on the order. I was very impressed with the quality. I originally intended to diy the installation, but after a week of riding around with it in the car, I went to an exhaust shop to have it done. The guy quoted $250 for the installation - leave the car today and come back tomorrow. That was enough to motivate me to make the time to do it myself. I cut out the old exhaust with my Sawzall, even the flange bolts (these don't come with bolts, I went ahead and purchased spring type flange bolts). The installation is very easy.
