Quality poster, great illustrations of each dumbbell exercise- several of these for each part of the body being addresssed and on both sides of the poster! Shows both body position and separate muscle group. Flipping the poster over gives a great way to differentiate the workout for designated area- limits boredom and gives great ideas for a more challenging workout.
