If you want to put together a exercise program, these are great. It also provides with sample of different workout regimens to help you work out different areas of your body. The only downside is they are cards, so if you loose one it pretty much sets you up for failure for other regimens you might want to build out.

The set itself is fine, with clear instructions for each exercise and illustrations to go with them. I wanted more resistance band exercises since that is the setup I have in the house, along with a mini elliptical to keepe active with my sciatica. This pack had very few, and most were upper body movements. I would recommend these to others, but I'd prefer to see something else for me.

I'm not mobility-limited, but as someone who has a desk job and works from home, I was hoping these cards would give me some ideas to be a bit less sedentary, and give me some pointers on things I could do during short breaks from work. A few of the strength and stretching exercises are suitable for that, but some of them -- especially the core workouts -- have a few issues. For one thing, you really can't do them in an office chair (seriously -- you'd be risking serious injury), and for another, I think some of them assume a more advanced level of fitness than some of us might've arrived at. Another note: the cardstock is reasonably heavy, but there are some inconsistencies to the print quality. It's not enough to put me off buying one of the other sets, but it's something to keep in mind if, say, you were buying these as a gift. I don't know if the manufacturer reads these, but if they do, a set designed for the WFH crowd would be most welcome.

I've been following the Reinhardt Kettlebell System (RKS) for almost five years. It's getting a little old but it still works. This deck of Kettlebell Workout cards was exactly what I needed to add new life to the workout, target my core in different ways and help me to look forward to my workout again. My kids help pick out exercises (with my discretion!) and I found I do this more often now. Great purchase for anyone who is looking to get more into kettlebell.

Pros: this particular pack has the fundamental exercises for a full-body workout while seated in a chair. The pack is easy to open, the cards are thick and sturdy, instructions are easy to understand and complete. When appropriate, the exercises have tips for increasing the difficulty or backing off to make the movement easier. The front of the cards has either pictures or drawings of the exercise for easy replication of the text instruction. Cons: some of the images on the card fronts are hard to see (for example, some pictures of the models are too dark to actually see the position they are in, the illustration is blurry, and there isn’t enough color contrast such as light purple against dark purple, or the picture itself is just poor quality)
