just wow!!!......the softness, cuddly, cottony feel and not that horrible slick feel, plush...just wish had discovered this mattress pad ages ago...the first night was remarkable sleeping.....[am 73 and have copd, so cannot tolerate any of the chemical, petroleum products] finally purchased new $$$ mattress in march, but so hard and tried several other pads and bed toppers, [ money and depression ].......so I applaud your company and this genuinely great product.........I REALLY BOUGHT AND PAID FOR THIS MATTRESS TOPPER, definitely not a placed ad

BUYER BEWARE!! Definitely plush and relieves pressure points from laying on your side prego. I would suggest anyone who buys this bed cover to wash it thoroughly and dry it twice to kill anything that may be hiding in it. I got mine and had about 4 amazing nights of sleep then about the 5th/6th night I kept itching then started noticing a rash and little white spots in places. I thought I was itching my skin too hard and damaging my skin at night. Thought nothing of it except I need to apply lotion more frequently to stop the itch. Then the 7th night I woke up at 2am to pee and saw red bug on my white sheets. Living in a home with no roaches or rats I thought it was a beetle from outside UNTIL I GOOGLED IT. It was a BED BUG!!!! Due to COVID we haven’t traveled or had anyone over for months and we’ve worked from home. Only difference was this amazon bedding shipment and this rash. Had an exterminator come in and THANK GOD it’s not a severe infestation. He said we caught it early and it’s only in one room! GREAT PURCHASE BUT HORRIBLE BATCH.

Even though I got a supposed deal on this item it was still twice the price of others that are comparable. We all know we get what we pay for but not in this case. I feel like I payed twice of what this item is worth. The padded part isn’t the issue it is the fitted part that secures it to the mattress. There is zero elasticity and I doubt this will stay on by itself or survive a washing. I have a waterproof beauty rest mattress protector that I payed less than half the price for two years ago that has a nice tight fit and soft cover so I put this one underneath it temporarily. I wanted to try it before I reviewed it. I will more than likely return this item. I’m moderately annoyed that I overpaid for subpar quality and it isn’t even waterproof. Definitely not what is on the bed at the Marriott. Misleading, should say like the ones on hotel beds.

She says that it is not the "Hotel Quality" that her last one was that lasted so long the label is not readable. We got this one and she says the sides are not as durable and that eventually it is going to rip. The pillow top is very cushy and it is positively a comfortable rest. The company saw this review and contacted me. They sent us a new replacement and apologized for the first one being defective. I changed the review as they obviously care about customer satisfaction .

I purchased a nice waterproof mattress pad from a different vendor for the mattress and put on top of that my eLuxurySupply pillowtop mattress pad. It fits the mattress perfectly. This mattress pad has made our bed the most comfortable bed you can imagine. Sleeping on top of this pad is like sleeping on the clouds. When you crawl in bed, you can feel the comfort. You definitely receive your moneys worth.
