Baby was not thrilled w de rigueur of present-day "nothing in it" crib. Enter (1) Ewan and (2) a darling little mobile, and the child no longer feels like solitary confinement was the sentence. La de dah! Good quality material and construction. Functions as described. Would buy again.

This is our second lamb because our 18 month old won’t sleep without it & will carry it around each morning. It’s by far her favorite stuffed animal. When the first musical box stopped working, I just bought her a new lamb. They are expensive, so worth it, I thought. Then when the second music box stopped making anything other than buzzing noises like the first after under 6 months, I learned it wasn’t worth the money. Either fix the music box component, or lower the price. Has anyone had success replacing the music box? I cannot get the company to respond. Addendum: A rep from the company responded. They verified serial #s & sent replacement music boxes. This was very much appreciated, as our girl still won’t sleep without it!

My baby does not enjoy sleeping in her crib but this changed everything. The combination of the womb and heartbeat sounds soothed her immediately. Whenever she cries, it picks it up and plays them again. The batteries have lasted a decent amount of time and are easy to access (they might be annoying to change in the middle of the night since you need a screwdriver but we haven’t run into that issue). I wish there was as an on/off button to simplify operation but that’s my only complaint.

when my baby was just about eight weeks old my sister got me. It instantly calmed my baby. Who didn’t want to sleep without me holding her. I ended up buying another one so that I had one in the car at all times

Cry detector is neat but doesn’t always work. Tends to miss half the cries. Would be nice to set a timer on how long is plays (20 min is too long, 5-10 would be ideal) Price I feel is too steep for what it is. $20 would be more reasonable.
