Excellent jig that makes job easy
It would be nearly impossible to use the cam connectors without a jig like this. This worked well too position both sides accurately. Works for joining boards up to about an inch. I didn’t try it for a 90 degree angle joint but it doesn’t appear designed for that - just joints on the same plane.

Very Solid Jig
I was looking for a stronger alternative to a biscuit jointer, but did want to spend the money on a domino. This little jig worked very well, and is very Solid. The blue pieces are solid aluminum, and keep the jig feeling solid. I do recommend using a hardwood dowel for larger applications (I broke a couple ribbed dowels jointing a table top), but the functionality is great.

Cam & lock jig set…
It’s a pretty cool little jig set that comes with everything you need to start practicing setting these types of connections. It’s well made, comes with great bits, & extra connectors but the only reason why I gave it 4 Stars? Is because it doesn’t come with any type of instruction booklet. Even a small chart of where to set the jig for each depth of connector would’ve been better than nothing.. But it’s also nothing you shouldn’t be able to figure out on your own with some practice & a few pieces of scrap wood… It would just save a lot of time if it came with a chart or booklet that explains each dept, & where to set it on the jig.. I didn’t bother to check, but maybe there’s an instructional video online that would explain all this for those who need help figuring out how far to set it.

Precise work and easy to use
I just started to make my own furnitures like tv stand, wardrobe ... It was taking a considerable time to measure the points of each minifix assembly. So this jig made it easier for me to find the exact locations. On top of it, it was not easy to drill the narrow side of the wood without this jig. It works fine and i am happy. I recommend this item to anyone who is searching a jig like that.

Instructions Not included
For the price you pay it is worth buying. Although, you will need to figure out how to use it since no instructions are included. The carrying case is also a cardboard box and some foam, just FYI. If you are a DIYer, I would recommend it; just be careful because the bits will wear out fast.

Works great, wish it was a bit more versatile.
I purchased this to build some large cabinet boxes because IKEA was not able to fulfill my order for 6 months. I used it by aligning the jig to the existing holes in a cabinet that I had already purchased. It worked great and I drilled around 24 cam holes for 3 cabinets. It's made completely out of metal and adjusting is easy. The drill stops were perfect. I'm happy with the results. The only negative is that the slot on the top of the jig will not allow you to use the smaller jig guides to drill the cam pins and dowel hole on the flat side of the panel because it won't slide close enough to the edge.

It works great!
Not sure what to say. It was easy to use and made my job of adding dowel rods very easy. Only thing that made it a little more interesting to use compared to some of the big high dollar ones I have used is no real center sight line so I just made my marks offset to line it up along the side instead of trying to guess looking through the drill hole.

Quality
Jig is well made. Helped to produce quality end product. I never used this method to assemble projects before and this jig made it easy. It would be even better if adjustment marks were inches not metric.
