If you are looking for a mask that will hydrate your dry skin or soothe your sensitive skin I would recommend this one. This product does both at the same time and it is a joy to use. First, this smells wonderful. I don't know what it smells like though, something sweet and natural, like honey, roses, and stone fruits, maybe? It's not a one note kind of scent, but I think you'll enjoy it. The texture is smooth and thick and it feels wonderful on the skin. The instructions say to leave this on for 5 minutes, but I like how it feels and I leave it on for as much time as I have. This does not dry or peel on your face, it's completely comfortable to wear. It also washes off easily with no tugging or irritation. It's pretty! Sometimes it's just no fun to put on a mask that makes you look scary and this one certainly doesn't. It's a gorgeous rich gold that sparkles and looks really cool! This makes my skin feel so much better, more toned, hydrated, and refreshed. There's literally nothing I don't like about it!

This is a great facial mask that feels so luxurious and high end. Using it is easy - just wash your face, apply, leave for 5 minutes, and then rinse. The mask is gold, it looks like Midas touched your face, and I love the bright look of it. It has a light scent, kind of berry smelling and pleasant. It feels very light while on, and it is easy to forget about when on. It does not dry within the 5 minutes or anything. Rinsing it off is easy - it comes right off with just water. Afterwards, my face did look a little more refreshed and pores looked smaller. My skin felt great. I followed it up with an overnight moisturizer with retinol for some extended benefit, but my skin did not feel dry or anything. Overall, this was a really lush face mask that I really like! Highly recommend giving this a try for a luxurious feel!

This mask is all about the gold! I turned 40 this year as did most of my friends so I got this to try to pamper myself a little (and also to consider as a gift or a girl’s night activity or party favor or prize (ie Oscar’s party, Olympics viewing party, Goldfinger movie viewing party, golden birthday or golden anniverary, etc). Tip: package in a black and gold bag and the theme will feel very intentional. Pros: 1) the gold color is fun! 2) The packaging is minimalistic and looks expensive. Makes a nice gift along with those gold under eye patches that are so popular. Maybe with a bottle of pure 24k gold face serum or a bottle of Goldschlager, even?! Or maybe some of that gold glitter hairspray as a gift for dancers before/after their performance? (This is great for Xmas or New Year’s also). 3) it uses bio-available retinol which is less harsh and more natural. Cons: 1) as with most retinols, it’s a bit drying so be sure to use a moisturizer afterwards. I like to use this in my r-zone. 2) I prefer masks that are fragrance-free 3) I got the 2oz (60mL) version and the pot is pretty small so I feel it’s a bit expensive for the amount. If you’re giving this as a gift the smaller one might feel underwhelming. Get the bigger size!

Evolve Organic Beauty - Natural Bio-Retinol Gold Face Mask I was initially attracted by the idea and color of this mask, but unfortunately I have to say that I'm disappointed. It feels good when applying this face mask on my skin initially, which looks fancy and smells good. It's also easy to wash the mask off with running water - which is also great. However, I don't feel anything special after washing it off. Normally even the effect won't last long, most masks will make me feel hydrated and soothing after washing it off. But this gold face mask doesn't even have any immediate effect. I would say it's just a fancy and funny product to try but don't expect any result from it.

Did you ever want to cover yourself in gold? Well, then this product would be perfect for you ;) The mas had a beautiful gold texture and rubbed on easily to my skin. It applied like butter and it didn't drip or leak all over me. The mask had a sweet floral scent that was very soft. I waited for a few minutes after applying the mask to wash it off. The mask gave a creamy emulsion texture when I washed it off. It left my face feeling soft and smooth. I think this is one of my favorite masks by the brand.

The Evolve Bio-retinol Gold mask is formulated all skin types but those with dry or aging skin will benefit the most. This mask only has to be worn for 5-10 minutes, so it doesn’t take much time. It also rinses off easily and clean. Key ingredients: -Bio-retinol The retinol-like ingredient comes from Bidens Pilosa and doesn’t irritate your skin as much as regular retinol. But, it still has the same benefits(anti-aging, clears skin, reduces wrinkles). -Rosehip oil Rosehip is rich in bio-retinol and has similar benefits to Bidens Pilosa. -Argan oil Argan oil is super moisturizing, it’s high in vitamin E and it makes your skin Dewy looking. This gold mask did not irritate my skin when it was on. It rinses off super easily as well. My skin looked brighter and felt super smoother after I took this mask off. My skin also felt firm and soft. I like it!
