The media could not be loaded. I grind lots of poultry chow pellets into powder. This is better than any other grinder we have used. It’s much faster, and it produces a very fine powder. I am using the second smallest screen to get these results. I have only used it a few times and I’m already in love. It is a little noisy, but not noisier than other grinders I’ve used. Totally worth it for the extra product that it makes; there are no wasted pellets that don’t get ground. I saved lot of time and had a better final product.

Loud. If grinding pellets, you can't load up the hopper or else it will jam. Turn off, unplug, tilt over the grinder to get it cleared. That's the worst part. You have to basically milk putting in stuff to grind. The clamp does not fit a normal big box bucket. Over all, it's not to bad if you have time to 'slowly' feed so it doesn't jam.

The product is just what I need to grind corn. It's easy to use, the motor has plenty of power, and It comes with different sized screens for grinding. It came with a small brochure ... the only PROBLEM is that the brochure has no way to contact the company if I need a part, no location, no address, no website, and no email.... kinda' strange. This is awesome. Ground my hard wheat berries very quickly. Took less than 5 minutes to fine grind 3 cups of wheat flour. It is a little noisy but I can put up with it for the price. If you’re on the fence on it. Go for it. Time to quit buying that trash flour.

With the finest mesh it is still too coarse for flour so we have to sift and regrind with a second smaller grinder. Otherwise it is fast and easy to use.
