Cetaphil was my go to about a year and a half ago, but since switching to this product, I swear I have less blackheads and less of that oily crud that builds up in my nose pores. I just switched to this product a week or so ago from the same cleanser, just without the exfoliating micro beads. This feels more like how a cleaner should work. It get the oil off and doesn't make my skin fell like it's about to peel from dehydration. Even still, I follow up with the moisturizer from the same brand.
