The media could not be loaded. This is my husbands first artificial tree, and he was very leary of what it would look like. We are so happy with this tree so far. I really wasn't expecting for it to fluff out so well. If it weren't for one label on the trunk that we can see, you wouldn't know it's not real, and once we decorate it I am sure that will not be noticeable at all.     • Doesn’t work
Bought used which I knew wouldn’t be brand new but 1. This was sent with no remote so we can’t even control colors or songs played/can’t shut the sound off in general while lights are on and 2. It glitches/ short circuits and stops working every 2 seconds so this was sent to me just broken instead of a used return that was repaired and sent back out. Very irritated as now it’s a hassle to lug this huge box back to the ups store and return it just to get my money back for the seller/amazons carelessness in not even looking over the product that was being sent out. The media could not be loaded. This is an amazlng tree! It fluffs out perfectly if you take the time to do so! It also comes with a remote, and of it was missing, I would have called and had them send a free replacement. Mine was inside the bag of instructions.

Loved the tree, but the music controller speaker went out this year and I can't find a replacement so now it's just an unlit, non music playing tree with pointless cables
