The media could not be loaded. My son wanted a hoverboard for his birthday because some of his friends have it and they looked so cool and fun riding it. Their friends have EVERCROSS hoverboard but with smaller wheels and because my son is a newb to the hoverboard, I got him this newer 8.5" wheel hoverboard, which has better tires for all terrain and more stability. I knew it's not going to be easy learning how to ride hoverboard at first so I also purchased the hoverboard seat attachment separately so my younger son and I can ride it. I was very impressed with this hoverboard from its arrival. The packaging was rock solid with very thick fitted foam fully covering the hoverboard so there's no chance of getting damaged during transit. We made sure we fully charged it before our first use and it's nice that charging port has a cap that covers it so no debris or water can get in when riding it. My son definitely loves the hoverboard but it's not easy trying to learn how to ride it. We thought learning how to ice skate was hard but I find that learning how to ride hoverboard is harder. Learning to ride bicycle was hard at first so I'm sure it requires many days of practice and getting used to it but my son seems to be getting hang of it faster than I can. I was able to attach the seat on it and have a blast riding this like a go kart! I couldn't believe how fast this can go and love the ability to go back or turn easily. It has a built-in speaker on the hoverboard so you can connect to it via Bluetooth using your smartphone and play music from hoverboard while riding it. The music and the LED lights on the hoverboard makes it extra cool and fun. Another cool feature is that is has a smartphone app so you can track the battery level, speed, distance, as well as even change the riding mode and sensitivity. Very advanced and stylish. I do recommend this hoverboard to anyone who's learning or wants to upgrade their hoverboard. Very well built and rides smoothly. The product worked great for a few weeks them one side stopped working. I don't have a problem with the product stuff happened things break but it's how the company handles it which makes the problem worse. The company I purchased it from was about as difficult as it gets. I copy and pasted the conversation which took three days because of the time ot took for them to reply. Yestarday he told me that he was using it for 10 minutes and the steering stopped working. The arrow light on the top left side. Does not light up. I attempted to calibrate it and the light was still off. I then turning it on and used my hands to see if the the side with the light off was working and it was not. My kids have had numerous hoverboards through the years and all worked no problem. I could send a video of you really need one. but it would just show what I have already explained (one side does not work properly). If you have any troubleshooting ideas I could try them but I'm thinking it won't fix it. We bought this for our daughter's for Christmas. We began having trouble with it vibrating a lot. I contacted Becky. After a bit of troubleshooting Becky offered to send us a new one. We kept the old one to dispose of. Happy with our purchase.
