I got tired of having to tilt my head to read my CD titles as they stood on edge on a shelf and wanted a storage option where I could just flip the CD's from the front to the rear of a storage container. Each Tarifold storage case holds approximately eighteen CD's in their respective plastic cases giving me enough room to comfortably see each of the titles as I flip through my CD's. The Tarifold storage case is very sturdy and looks good on the shelf. What I really like about them is that I can slide the case on the shelf and not have to worry about them scratching the surface of the shelf like a plastic storage device might do. I bought this along with the Tarifold CD protective sleeves. It fits at least 80 sleeved CDs. (Addition: I now have 93 sleeved CDs in the box with room left for a few more.) It perfectly fits the sleeves (also from this brand) and looks professional. The box looks well made and I'm sure it will last a long time. I wanted something that could sit on a shelf and look nice as opposed to something like a plastic shoebox from the dollar store which would not. I did quite a bit of research before deciding on this system. It allows me to save the liner notes from my CDs. Bye jewel cases! Fit more than 75 CDs into one box. Going to get more.

These are hard paper boxes. The 2 I ordered both arrived torn. They are usable, but very disappointed.
