I am using these sleeves to patch up a chain link fence top rail that was bent when a tree limb fell on it. These top rail fence sleeves are built right for this job thanks to meeting the 1 3/8" top rail spec and for being made with 15 gauge (0.070") galvanized pipe. Yes I measure everything.

The media could not be loaded. These are about 4x higher at the box stores.(I just purchased one). These let you splice in new pipes and make it very easy. They are extremely affordable and quality manufactured.
