The media could not be loaded. Delivery was quick and product came in very good condition with excellent packaging. Set up was easy with very good instructions and most importantly it works really well. It came with four ice packs and a remote control. Living in a very dry hot area this will be used a lot in my workplace . It’s a good product and look forward to a more comfortable summer. A ceiling fan is useless because it just circulates hot air, but this evaporative cooler changes everything.We can sit out in our covered lanai during the summer months and not pass out from heat exhaustion. I saw a lot of good things in the reviews so I bought one however it did not work as well as everyone said it would. Luckily, we got our AC fixed. I couldn’t tell the difference between the regular fan and the AC cooling fan. I even put the ice packs in it
