I purchased this dryer in March of 2023. I felt it necessary to write a review after two years of having this handy little machine. I’ll start with the cons first, since I only have a couple: The dryer does take some time to dry, so if you let laundry pile up you’ll easily spend a full day drying laundry. I normally wash whatever clothes me and my family have worn (1 adult and 2 kids) every two days, and it fits all our clothes in one cycle. After about 3 months I did notice a sound started coming from the machine, which I read in many other reviews. I opened the back of dryer and noticed there is a sponge-like padding on the back of the dryer that became worn from the friction of the belt rubbing against it. This, however did not impact the usability of the dryer and the noise doesn’t bother me, but just wanted to note this does appear to be a common occurrence. Okay now to the positives: The dryer works great for me and my family. It is small but can handle a good amount of clothes and dries in about an hour to an hour and a half depending on the quality of your washer and how well its wrings the clothes and removes excess water. I love it and it’s saved me so much money and time from having to go to the wash house. The drying capacity was more than I anticipated when purchasing. I have used it to dry a king size sheet, which will dry in about 20-30 mins, and up to three towels and 5 washcloths. The towels will take longer, usually a full two hours on the hottest setting, so my suggestion is to let those dry overnight. As far as clothes, as I stated it will dry two days worth of me and my family’s clothes in one cycle, taking about an hour and a half. Don’t overfill the dryer though, it slows down the drying time. Now, the real reason for deciding to leave this review. After two years of almost daily use, the drum belt deteriorated and pretty much fell apart. I did not purchase protection and my dryer was out of warranty. However, the excellent level of care, communication and support I received from customer service was top tier. I was able to send a photo via email to euhomy customer service following the instructions on the website. They are based in China, but they responded so quickly to my questions and provided an instance resolution. After paying for the replacement parts (again I was out of warranty and did not purchase protection) they were sent immediately and arrived within 2 days. I have since replaced the belt and the dryer is working like new. This dryer is small but mighty and honestly I would probably give the dryer itself 4/5 stars just because it does start to make noise after the first couple months of use, however the customer service definitely gained the additional star! If you are unable to have a full size dryer for whatever reason and are on the fence about purchasing this dryer, I would say do it. Like any machine, it will need maintenance but it’s been a very convenient appliance to have.

This is a wonderful little machine! It fits tiny places, is easy to move around, and does a good job of drying the clothes. I mainly wanted it for sheets, towels, & lightweight blankets. I washed my 2 tablecloths and 4 chair covers tonight. Within a couple of hours, they were back in place clean and free of cat hair. I dried the load in two batches, first the tablecloths and then the 4 chair covers. Both dried very quickly. It is very, very quiet. I barely hear it running at all. It makes my window AC sound like a jet plane. Perfect for small spaces and renters. I was trying to figure out how to vent it to the outside and in the process ordered a window vent that was misrepresented in the description and had to return it. I closed the window a little hard in frustration and can't get it open again. Now what? I thought about rolling it outside when I'm using it, but didn't want the hassle. I finally just decided to try it vented indoors and it really didn't heat the house up at all. Maybe in the high summer heat, but for an evening load in the 70s outside it was fine. I might just get the indoor dryer vent. But in all honesty, I didn't see any lint blowing out of the vent. Maybe with towels that will be different. Overall, I am so happy I ordered this dryer. I can't say it better than another reviewer who said it perfectly already when she wrote it improved the quality of her life dramatically. It sure does! No more "ghosts" made of sheets hanging all over the place with fans blowing on them (ghosts hanging from ceiling fans, doorways, over exercise equipment, clothes racks, the occasional lampshade, etc.) No more wet clothes that take so long to dry they start to smell funny. It does a great job getting the cat hair off everything too. Just need to clean the lint trap regularly. I won't be embarrassed anymore if someone stops by. Just buy one!

Hello, thanks for reading my review. I bought this product because of the unit size (dimensions of cabinet). The other reviews seemed fair. Here is my review. After using for 7 days in a row, for over 14 hours. NEGATIVES, flimsy door and door closure mechanism, flimsy exhaust hose connection. Hard to remove vent filter. Instruction book could be written better, multiple information stickers on right side of the exterior metal box are very hard to remove, so I left them alone, even though unsightly. POSITIVES, This machine has a very good capacity for the size which was perfect for my space limitations. The motor is relatively quiet. I can vent this unit to the outside or inside. It works great, even better than I anticipated. Getting a good compression of the instructions helps very much and this dryer exceeded my expectations. I hope it lasts a long time.

I bought this in May 2022, along with a portable washing machine. I wanted to track my usage to see if these would ultimately pay for themselves over wash and fold at the laundromat, and am happy to report that they have paid for themselves more than twice over as of Feb 2025. I used this dryer 265 times before it broke--the idler tension spring snapped. This might have been because I have a tendency to overload it, which I think can cause wear and tear on the spring over time. I messaged the company to see if they could send me a replacement part, and they did! After an afternoon of light cursing and many YouTube tutorials, I managed to fix this myself, and it's been running smoothly again (18 loads and counting...). This machine is easy to use, easy to set up, and does the job. It holds a decent amount of clothing, too. The company (Euhomy) was also pretty helpful when I needed a new part, even though the machine was way beyond its warranty. Overall, no regrets here.
