How many fingerprints/passcodes? Stores up to 50 fingerprints and 100 passcodes. How to unlock eufy FamiLock C32 if the battery dies? You'll get a low-battery notification when the battery is under 20%. If the battery dies, you can use a portable charger or physical key to unlock your Smart Lock. Note: The USB-C Port is for emergency power supply only, not for charging the battery. What kind of door is eufy FamiLock C32 compatible with? Any door with a wood or metal construction should be suitable. Regarding the dimension requirements, Bore Hole Diameter should be:2 1/8 in, Bore Hole Backset:2 3/8 in or 2 3/4 in, Door Thickness:1 3/8 in - 2 1/6 in. Is eufy FamiLock C32 compatible with Apple HomeKit, IFTTT, or Matter? It's not compatible with these services yet. My smart lock has some internal noise and feels a bit loose. Is this normal and does it affect the lock's performance? It is normal for some smart door locks to have a slight internal noise and feel a bit loose. Pros : good fingerprint scanning , easy to install, have many ways of unlocking including keys, fingerprint, app, and password. They have great security by using the scrambler feature . The button on the inside handle is very useful and a great feature. Something that many others smart locks don’t have . Cons: battery may drain with heavy usage of frequently used door . (I use this with my mancave door so i only lock it when I’m out the house or want to be private inside and not bothered.) When closing door from the outside the lights of the password are easily triggered and make sound . This doesn’t bother me but can be a con for some people. Overall: The design of this doorknob and the reputable brand made me go for this smart lock for my mancave door. I come from the smart locks of utec but they are much bulkier and this one I recommend for indoors as this is less bulkier. What made me buy this also is that this particular lock has a button from the inside that you can press to lock or press and hold to unlock and activate passage mode (unlock mode) . After a day of use, so far it's been a great smart lock. I had a generic named lock from Lowes that was not working out well so I swapped it with this one and it's much better. Eufy products have always been solid and this one follows that. Only issue I had was that it would disconnect from the network not long after connecting it to the app. This caused me to factory reset it dozens of times thinking it had to do something with my smart home VLAN. To fix this, I updated the firmware of the lock immediately after connecting it to the app. This fixed all of the issues I was initially having with it. The installation is simple and straightforward. It took less than 30 mins for me to install it. The finish and build quality looks solid. The fingerprint scan speed is not fast enough for me and I also need some adjustment of placing the finger to make it a successful scan.

I have a Eufy house and this lock is easy to set up and installation is standard - nothing fancy. If you've set up one Eufy product, then you know what to do and it only took a few minutes. Just make sure you find the correct the QR code to scan so check the location in the directions. The lock reads fingerprint quickly, it's easy to enter a code, I love mine, especially for the price. I bought mine for under $60 which was a fantastic deal. Now I can let people into my house while I'm away if there's an emergency! ... show more

This lock has been nothing but a headache. It gets stuck randomly, drops the internet connection all the time, and half the features don’t work when you actually need them. I even got locked out of my own house because the passcode wouldn’t open the door and the mobile app couldn’t connect. Standing outside trying to get into my own home was the last straw. As the title says, really easy to replace and program from an old electronic door handle. Connects easily to my network and was able to register my fingerprint with no problem. Recognizes my fingerprint and unlocks the doors in a second. Set it up to auto lock at 9pm just in case I have forgotten to lock up also.
