Purchased the Eufy 2C (2 camera system) plus 1 add on 2C camera. Easy to setup. Easy to add to Apple Home. Nice camera mounts. One over the front door, one over the back door, and one down at the boat slip. The boat slip camera is a good 250 feet from the WiFi source and everything still works great! Very happy with the video images (day and night), camera features, and ease of use. Whether at home or away, it's so nice being able to check up on things. When mounting the boat slip camera, a part slipped out of my hand, hit the dock, and bounced into the lake. Looked everywhere online for where to buy another mount. Finally emailed customer service and told them what happened. They replied very quickly, asked for proof of purchase via email, and proceeded to mail a new camera mount at no charge. Then, after the new mount arrived, they emailed making certain that I received it and making certain that everything was OK. Talk about exceeding customer expectations! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These are not bad security cameras. The picture quality is really good. The night vision is great. It was very easy to connect them to my wifi and get everything set up. The problem was the motion detection. If I have the human only detection on, it detects nothing no matter how many times or for how long I'm outside. If I allow it to detect everything, it does detect me but also detects everything else and my dog everytime goes outside. And sends a notification everytime he does. Igot this for safety, not to to be notified when my dog goes outside. It also mistakenly detects him as a human all the time. It works, but some of the things I mentioned make it a bit of an annoyance. I'm unsure if I will keep it yet. I do really like the fact that you don't have to pay for a plan to use them!! That is my biggest motivator to keep it right now. Overall, I do t regret the purchase and would even recommend it to people who don't care about the issues I mentioned. Battery life seems to be good as well ... show more

These cameras are great. They are easy to set up and just work. I have two sets in two locations and all I have to worry about is charging them a couple times a year. I bought the Eufy Cameras to replace the horrible first gen Logitech Arlo cameras which were the number one worst consumer electronics purchase I have ever made in my life. All in all I have a doorbell, a hub and two cams in one location and a hub and two cams in another. I see them all on the same page on the app and it's intuitive to read or change settings. I bought three of these systems in March and May of this year. At first, they worked flawlessly. However, after the return window I started having issues and their tec support is a joke. So, buyer beware. When you start having issues, and you will, you're on your on. I highly recommended them at first to family and friends. Now they're having issues as well. Luckily, they can still return them. Maybe it's the fact that they are refurbished. Regardless they are junk, and I'm stuck with $800 of unreliable security cameras. The battery life on these are pretty good. I love the picture and that you have the ability to speak through the camera. Great price on these also. I do not mind at all that they are refurbished. From the initial setup with my WiFi and iPhone I realized right away that these cameras were going to be just what I wanted as these processes are very simple. Once in position they provide quality pictures, alerts and sound as well as very good recording quality. The whole system is very easy to operate and navigate.
