Purchased the Eufy 2C (2 camera system) plus 1 add on 2C camera. Easy to setup. Easy to add to Apple Home. Nice camera mounts. One over the front door, one over the back door, and one down at the boat slip. The boat slip camera is a good 250 feet from the WiFi source and everything still works great! Very happy with the video images (day and night), camera features, and ease of use. Whether at home or away, it's so nice being able to check up on things. When mounting the boat slip camera, a part slipped out of my hand, hit the dock, and bounced into the lake. Looked everywhere online for where to buy another mount. Finally emailed customer service and told them what happened. They replied very quickly, asked for proof of purchase via email, and proceeded to mail a new camera mount at no charge. Then, after the new mount arrived, they emailed making certain that I received it and making certain that everything was OK. Talk about exceeding customer expectations! ... show more

    • Cannot bulk download videos for easy review
UPDATE: Have had several more security events and the system is very difficult to find anything in. The only use is for real time alerts but you won't get video long enough to prove anything and you won't be able to find it later. Also, when you look at a particular day's worth of videos, at first it doesn't load them all and you have to do it a certain way to make sure the whole day has loaded before moving on. Really unbelievably crappy ORIGINAL: This system is easy to set up and has good battery life and image quality. It's easy to watch video in real time and set up alerts. Motion detection for humans is good but not perfect for animals. However, you can't easily download all your videos to a computer for easier review. So if you have a security event (and don't know exact time/date) and need to go back and find something that happened, or if you just want to backup history to another device (computer or harddrive) to keep it longer, you can't - except by opening every single video individually on the phone, a major pain. To get it to a computer, you have to open every video individually, click download, WAIT for it to finish, and then transfer all from phone to computer. It doesn't even let you select multiple files on the phone and download - you have to download each one individually. I currently have hundreds or thousands recorded and need to go through every one apparently (and it's slow) to find what I need. Absolutely unbelievable - before purchase I read a Eufy pledge that they were planning to add features but it seems they are busy taking them away (a bulk downloader was available before I guess). ... show more

The battery life on these are pretty good. I love the picture and that you have the ability to speak through the camera. Great price on these also. I do not mind at all that they are refurbished. This is my second order, so now I have four cameras and they all linked to my home unit. Make sure you check the compatibility of the home unit before you purchase these cameras. ... show more
