The media could not be loaded. We've had problems lately and neighbors have captured 3 people on video, rummaging though cars whenever possible. My in-laws and my neighbors cars were hit in broad daylight and their keys were stolen. Figuring they'd be back, I finally took the plunge and bought these cameras. They arrived on a Saturday and I had them charged and installed on Sunday. Tuesday night, they picked up someone trying to get into our cars, on the 3rd car he saw the camera's infra-red and took off. Saturday night into Sunday morning at 1am, he came back, armed with the keys he had stolen before, he got into my in-laws car, started it and drove away. I received the notification as he was starting to back the car out and within 2 mins I had reported the car stolen to the local Sheriff. They picked him up less than 20 mins later. So far, I love the camera's for their piece of mind, though there are some flaws. Pros: Daytime image quality: Is excellent. Nighttime image quality: Is very good. Daytime range: My driveway is roughly 65ft long and 30 ft wide. During the day, it will pickup traffic driving by the front of the house. Great night vision. With ambient light and the 4 infra-red sensors, I can stream live video which is spectacular. Wireless: You can mount this anywhere. The included screws were too short to get through my siding so I used some longer deck screws instead. Worked perfectly. Anti-theft: Sets off the base station in the house to alert you to any funny business. Automation: The ability to make another camera record when a different camera picks up motion is fantastic. I feel like this could be done better or maybe I'm using it wrong but I could only create and use 1 automation. With 2 camera's covering my driveway, I wanted to have Camera 1 trigger Camera 2 and vice versa, but I've only been able to program up 1 automation at a time. Scheduling Modes: It's easy to arm, disarm, or set the system to Home or Away and you can select how your cameras recording and notification options work in each mode and you can schedule times in which certain settings activate/deactivate by setting Home or Away. Cons: Nighttime range: With the camera mounted above my garage door, it struggled to detect motion to the back of my wife's and my vehicles, a Rav4 and a VW Tiguan. Even on max sensitivity. Due to the size of my driveway, I had to purchase an additional camera and offset mount the cameras on each side of the driveway for full coverage of only the half of the driveway towards the garage. Camera Mount: While the camera has a wide viewing range, it can be challenging to turn the camera to the perfect angle with the mount. Charging: In the kit comes 3 cameras that you have to charge, but you can only charge them with the base, one at a time, for 6-8 hrs per camera. I purchased a set of 3 solar panels as well and they have maintained 100% charge in the week that they have been up, even while triggering 30 to 40 times per day. Activity zones: Are not very customizable. You can have up to 3 square or rectangular blocks as activity zones but rectangles overlap into the road in front of my driveway. I wish these had the zones like the S40. Final thoughts: They're pricey. Could I have gotten my car thief with cheaper cameras? Possibly. If the night time detection were better, I probably could have stopped him before he got out of the driveway with the car and if he hadn't had the keys. Other than that, I have gone whole hog with this, including the dual cam doorbell and I couldn't be happier. I still rated them at 5 despite the night vision range, because it is just enough to get the job done. It would be better if it had an auto-night mode option that you could set and have it turn on, already with the nightvision on, instead this kicks on in normal mode, senses the lack of light and then kicks over, takes about 2 seconds. Best part of the story. The cops surrounded his house (he only lived 3 blocks away), an hour later his girlfriend arrived home and encountered the police roadblock, with her own stolen car as well. Second time ordering same product. One for my cabin and one for my house. Each place has three cameras, easy set up I feel better knowing my investments are covered at all times. Don't have to pay fees for service, just your internet. Would recommend!

Just purchased the three camera pack and this is our first security system. Watched many of the comparison videos from different people on Youtube and for our price range Eufy seemed to be the one. I am a reader of directions so that's where I started before the set up began. Although I am not that savvy on this type of thing it went right along with the Eufy app, which is easy to get and we were up and working. Charged the three cameras (took a shorter time than stated in the directions) and the next day we put them up. All was working perfectly except my husband had the main security set up on his phone with me as a guest and as he is out and about all day with various chores he was setting off the alarms all day long in the house. Had to go get his phone many times to set up cameras differently for alarms or any other setting changes. Decided to delete the whole set up and reset the main security to my phone. (I didn't need to do it that way but even though I try to read everything, I missed the easier way on the app.) Started over but I could not get the home base 2 to set up on my phone. The base was continually blinking blue which means it was ready to set up but could not get my phone to take the code on the bottom, even putting it in manually. Went on line and read all I could find and others were having the same problem. Finally I called Eufy and that was the fix. Had a very nice customer service rep that worked with me from start to finish. We started over several times and my phone would not hook up. She then asked me to try a different phone if I had one. Had my husbands so we started again with that. It hooked up immediately. We both have iPhones, mine being one step newer than his but mine would not hook up. I just used my email account from his phone to have ability to access all security features. In fact now we both do because I chose the correct setting on inviting a guest. All is working fine now and have done many changes on the app, learning as I go to get the cameras the way we want them. They all still have full battery even after many trial videos with camera placement, selecting activity zones and us setting off the videos by normal outdoor activity. We have many notification alerts on our phone each day but very easy to clear off and delete videos if we want. I am a little disappointed in the delay to start recording but the videos are clear day and night and am happy with everything else so far. Before giving up, please contact Eufy and hopefully you will get the great person I talked to. I will update this if I find anything different as time goes on. Update7/30/22: System still working as before. The one negative I can find is still the delay. There are times the cameras do not reset quick enough to get a second motion detection on video. There are times my husband can walk the path to the building and be picked up, even tho camera does not start recording until he is off the porch and half way to it. He can go in out of sight of the camera and come right back out and back to the porch and it doesn’t record the return trip at all. I know all wireless have this delay but the building is 50ft away from the house. Guess I need more cameras so I have different angles. What they say is right…you always want more cameras.
