Novel idea. Quality knit cap with a built-in headlamp. The rechargeable headlamp is fairly thin. It snaps out the backside of the brim for recharging directly in a USB outlet. The USB plug is built into the removable light and is not very long, so it requires an accessible USB outlet or an extension cable. I love this hat. The fit is good and it's warm enough and comfortable. The light is easily removable and USB-2 rechargeable, and still rides securely on my head when re-attached to the hat. MUCH more convenient than trying to get your average headlamp to stay put on your hat.
