Liked sturdiness and multiple pockets, plus elastic retention strap for laptop. Disliked color because would prefer black but this is a neutral color, sort of like well washed jeans. My laptop seems heavy so it's nice having such a wide and comfortable shoulder strap. Also find the regular carry handle very good, is padded to make it easy to use. Have not yet even explored all the pocket options but can put both AC and DC power cords in the main body next to the laptop pocket and not create a lumpy thing. So far am favorably impressed.

Pros: Durability - This bag is made of good-quality canvas. I am a musician who has to carry several heavy legal-sized scores, and the bag was able to carry the weight and accommodate the size easily. I've not tried using it in the rain, yet, but anticipate it will have some protective qualities due to the thickness of the fabric. (One thing to note: The fabric stubbornly holds onto animal hair and lint. This is probably a canvas, rather than bag, issue, since it also happens with my Lands End bags. But people with pets may want to know this.) Straps - I am a very small person - about 100lbs - I appreciated the ability to easily change the length of the strap. Also the top handle helps when the bag is very heavy. (I worried that this was designed with men in mind, based on the photos, and may only had limited customization.) Cons: Looks - I purchased the "gray," but the color is a brown-gray or dark taupe. It's definitely not a neutral gray. Also the strap looks like a seat belt, with a cheap looking vinyl placket. Closure- I opted for the velcro, which is my bad. While these are handy when in a hurry or needing easy open access while doing something else, opening the velcro, due to the huge size of the panels, is very loud. Opening this bag in any sort of formal environment, like a meeting, is impossible without the whole room looking at you. Another minor con is that the bag has no structure. It is more like a rucksack in that it lies in a heap, rather than having some framework to help it stand. This poses a small problem when carrying lightweight items, like file folders: the bag frequently falls over. I plan on trying to use foam or plastic in the bottom to help remedy the situation.

I was surprised to find it holds more than I would have expected. The compartments are well placed and doesn't have compartments that are not necessary or, too small to be useful. My takeaway? This messenger bag works even better than it looks.

This delivered the day after I ordered. so far it’s been extremely durable and a great product for what you’re buying. It’s simple. It’s perfectly flashy. It doesn’t smell and it’s just an overall good bag. if you just need a simple strong, well lasting and a tiny bit flashy bag, get this. The two biggest things are that one it checked off all my boxes and two it came fast. Let’s hope it continues to hold up to the previously mentioned standards.

It came the exact same day I ordered it and not late at night either but early in the afternoon. It was exactly as described. It's made a very good quality I can't tell if it's real leather or not but I guess that's a good thing. It has exact right amount of pockets and little cubbies and apartments not so many that you can't keep track of stuff and it takes forever to find anything but just the right amount. There's a space for just about everything or anything you might want to carry with you. Perfect for laptops and notebooks and school and work. It comes with two extra leather tabs for the zippers in case one gets damaged or ripped. The only complaint I have is that the shoulder strap does not come off it's permanently fixed to the bag but other than that it's absolutely perfect. It's waterproof just as it says I spilled water on it and it just beads up and rolls right off. The flat part that goes over the top has two zipper compartments on the outside and then two plastic clips to hold it down with a leather handle on top then on the back side there's a zipper compartment. It has one open pocket on each end when you flip up the top there's one main compartment that has two slots one for your laptop and that compartment has a strap that goes over the top and velcro's to hold your laptop in place. Then a compartment in front of that which has the main area and then to pockets. Then there's an outer zipper compartment that has holders for pins or pencils and pockets for other things and eight little pockets for business cards or credit cards something like that and that's about it. Like I said not too many compartments but just the right amount.

This is fine. It works. The Velcro is obnoxious and I wish I bought the buckle version. The strap pulls to the side of the metal loops and bunches up which sucks. It feels pretty cheap while somehow feeling relatively durable. The pleather handle and zippers are already showing some wear after a month or so
