I wanted to love this eyeliner. I LOVE the mascaras this company makes but this just falls short. The first one I ordered I sent back as there was no safety seal and it barely worked. I figured it was a fluke. The replacement I received still didn't have a safety seal! WTF?! What human want's to use makeup that you can't guarantee someone else didn't try on first?! EWWWWW! I still swatched it on the back of my hand to see if it worked any better than the first one and there was a lot of product at the base, but even after storing upside down for 24 hours, the tip of the eyeliner just wasn't putting out any pigment/color. Useless for precision lines. TLDR: Bought 2, they both suck. NO safety seal and NO product flow to the tip of the eyeliner.

I absolutely love this eyeliner. Super easy to use & always gives that PERFECT winged eyeline. HOWEVER, I use it 5-6 times a week, & it is running out / or drying out way faster than other eyeliners

This makes a good line, and has great dark pigment, but smudges easily. It smudged all over and kept smudging until I removed it. any time I so much as accidentally brushed my eyelid, I came away with a sooty smudge all over my hand/finger. Even after setting spray. I only used this once because of that.
