This ESR Tough Case for AirPods Pro 2 is fantastic. I got one last week for myself in purple. When my husband saw it he said “Wow, that looks durable, and tactical.” So it passed his “looks manly” test. The bottom line is this case is durable, very protective, has a great hook for snapping to your belt loops or purse strap, and the magnetic strips keep the lid shut even when it falls on the ground. This case is everything they claim in the description. And I like how they put it “Unleash the full power of MagSafe”. Let’s talk about that - having the ability to wirelessly charge these AirPods Pro 2 is great - you set them in the little tray on the back of a combo charger - but what about if you don’t have a combo charger? What off you’re at your desk and all you have is your MagSafe phone stand? With THIS CASE which is designed for MagSafe - your AirPods will stick to the MagSafe charger! And the magnetism is legit - they won’t get knocked off or slide off easy. I can even stick this case to the fridge when I’m cooking so I can put my earbuds away and not lose track of them as easily as I did before when I had them in a gummy case. Plus I feel safer dropping them on the tile floor. I drop everything. I’m real clumsy. This case also magnetizes to my MagSafe car charger. So I can charge my earbuds on the go without needing cables stringing all over the car. I can’t say enough good things. They are well worth the price It is easy to assemble them in the case. I’ve been using the ESR case for my AirPods Pro 2nd Gen for about a month now, and I’m really impressed with the quality and design. The case feels super sturdy without being bulky, and the rugged build gives me peace of mind when I toss it into my bag or accidentally drop it. The drop protection is no joke, my AirPods have taken a few falls and there isn’t a scratch on the case or the buds. One of my favorite features is the magnetic lid. It snaps shut securely, which makes me feel like my AirPods are much safer inside compared to some other loose-fitting cases I’ve tried. The case is also fully compatible with MagSafe, which is a big plus. I can just stick it on my wireless charger without having to remove the case, and it holds really well during charging. Great value for the money, case functions great, magnets hold the lid on tight but can still open with one hand, been dropped quite a few times not with issues or breaks. Looks rugged, and all buttons are still functional with case on.

I really like the case and the color is good too. The real problem is the lid does not adhere to the top of the pods case so it’s coming off and almost lost numerous times already. I’m not sure if it’s defective or just inferior adhesion. The bottom part is on very solidly though. My fear is the lid will go missing and then no protection I. That part.

I wasn’t expecting to be this impressed, but wow—this case completely exceeded my expectations. For the price, it honestly feels like a steal. The fit is absolutely perfect for my AirPods Pro (I have the 4th gen with wireless charging), and the magnetic closure is insanely strong. I shook it like crazy, even swung it around by the carabiner just to test it, and it didn’t budge at all. That thing is locked tight until you want it open. Speaking of the carabiner, it’s solid as hell. Not flimsy or cheap-feeling—it’s sturdy and dependable if you’re someone who likes to clip your case to your bag or belt loop. Personally, I opted not to use the carabiner so I could keep the case slim in my pocket, especially since I’m disabled and often need to manage things one-handed. And guess what? This case works perfectly for that. I can open and close it easily with one hand, which is a game-changer for me. One of the coolest little features? It comes with this gray T-shaped tool that lets you gently push the AirPods out through the charging port if you ever want to take them out of the case. Just a soft push and—bam—they slide right out. Super thoughtful design, even though honestly, I can’t imagine why I’d want to take them out. This case is just that good. The design itself is top-notch. I got the Desert Titanium color and it looks sleek, stylish, and rugged without being bulky. The build feels super durable but still lightweight, which gives me peace of mind when I accidentally drop it (which happens more than I’d like to admit). The HaloLock magnetic feature works flawlessly with my MagSafe charger. No fiddling or shifting—it just snaps on and charges smoothly. There’s also a precise cutout for a USB-C cable, which I use at home for my charging setup. It fits perfectly and charges without any issues. Even the speaker cutout is spot-on. My AirPods make that little chime when charging starts, and I can still hear it clearly through the case. That tells me the Find My feature should also work just fine if I ever misplace them. The only minor thing I’d change? I’d prefer if the little notch for the carabiner clip wasn’t there, just to make the profile even more streamlined. But honestly, that’s such a small detail—and the pros massively outweigh that one tiny con. Bottom line: this case is an absolute beast. It’s stylish, functional, protective, and incredibly well-designed. Whether you want a MagSafe-compatible case, something pocket-friendly, or just solid all-around protection—this one checks all the boxes.
