I received the product, but the seal was broken and the palette was obviously used... it had fingerprints in it which was gross considering I paid for a NEW product. not sure if this is due to amazon or the seller but I didn't pay for a new product only to receive a used one. I sprayed each eyeshadow with alcohol and will be using it anyway because the product wasn't damaged, but it was weird to receive something that had already been opened and swatched when I clearly chose to buy it new. the eyeshadow quality is good tho so it would be worth it if it came new. ... show more
