This thing withstands a lot of play. It’s taken at least 20 hours of heavy-duty play (not all at once) with adults and children alike throwing balls (and sometimes really hard). And it is holding up quite well. The game beeper is loud and it didn’t take too long to set up either. Definitely worth the price. My only critique would be that it would have been good to have 4 balls instead of three. When facing off against another person, you always seem to be out of balls. The media could not be loaded. This is such a great purchase! The product is sturdy and retractable. You have a few seconds to challenge yourself or shoot around to wind down from your day, this is a must have! We love it and can’t walk away from it

I wish it had an ac adapter. My son just opened it for Christmas this morning. Assembly took 45 minutes (pay attention to hole alignment, we got 3 and 4 backwards somehow but figured it out due to hole placement). The family all took turns playing throughout the day and already it is displaying low battery. Also usually manufacturers give you extra pieces (screws nuts wingnut) but didn't get extra for most. Controls for game select and player select are a little weird and could be more straight forward. Overall it is definitely fun to play, but some improvements (power cord vs battery especially) could be made. ... show more

This was a Christmas gift and everyone loved playing with it (from 6 years to 60). Seems pretty sturdy but we will have to wait and see about that. Overall though this is a great way for kids of all ages to play together - has a bunch of different games you can play and the electronic scoreboard was a bit plus! ... show more

I spent over 2 hrs (being careful to get it right the 1st time) using the manual and supplied tools (not the best but they do the job) to assemble the pop-a-shot - I like how the manual used pictures of each parts along with numbers on each part to simplify assembly - Vendor deserves kudos for clear and easily understood assembly process. The unit is larger than I expected but still fine for my basement. I’ve used it 5 times in the week since I put it together, but I cannot ascertain the durability in just one week. I saw a similar unit at a local Target was $50 more than this unit from Amazon (with free shipping). Only one negative - wish the instructions on how to keep score was a little clearer. ... show more

Instructions were a bit confusing, but we eventually got this cool basketball game together and the kids have enjoyed it. I’ve only had it for three days, so I can’t speak to the durability yet, but the backboard and rims are heavy duty, so the only question will be on the thin metal support frame.
