    • Had to put it together twice

When I first put it together, the opposite side of the motor went up. The side with the motor did not go up. I took it apart, and my daughter figure it out. It’s because the roof on the opposite side that already comes put together, needed to be inserted more into the leg on that side. She had to get pliers and twist and force it until it fit. We put it together afterwards, and then it worked. Word of advice, before you attach the table to the legs, make sure both legs go up and down before you put the whole thing together. I love the design on how the height could be adjusted, however, a part of the table came with a corner missing and when reaching out to amazon customer service they insisted that no replacement parts are able to be sent without sending the whole thing back, I asked to send in only the broken piece but my request was denied, I find it very troubling to send the whole thing back as it is quite heavy. As a lady who is in her mid thirties and taken on a few DIYs before, this was pretty easy. It comes with all the tools except a screwdriver. I used a drill with a phillip (+) head tip. I was able to get it unboxed and build in about 35 minutes because you just have to orient yourself to the way it needs to be built upside down. I have an ultrawide monitor on it (34") and a macbook pro with a stand and phone stand. I really like that it came with cord clips. I am not a pro at cord organization but this was much cleaner because of that. The buttons are programmable so you can just hit a button and it goes to your standing height or sitting height.
