Rarely do I ever review products on Amazon. If it does its job, great, then there’s no need for reviews. But when it does its job and itself is a high quality product that blew my expectations out of the water… then yeah, it warrants a review. I’ll update it at a later date as I just received it. This was used with a 74” IKEA Karlby Butcher Block… I DO NOT RECOMMEND this size. Follow the limitations set by the company. I will be cutting it down to fit it better for these legs. It’s not that it can’t hold it, it does, but it wobbles under the weight slightly. Definitely do not use a big desk top like this and add monitors on top of it. You will likely break the raise/lower system…. Watch the weight distribution and make sure you’re not putting a load on it. These legs are not only just able to raise and lower, but they’ve done a fantastic job with the system that allows it. It’s smooth, and makes little noise. It also comes with a remote that can be very nicely secured to the bottom of your desk. Not to mention, the build quality of it is so evidently great… I was expecting possibly cheap metal with subpar suspension but no, the metal is thick, blemish free, and cut perfectly for assembly whereas some products aren’t fit the best when trying to assemble. The instructions are CLEAR and very easy to read and understand with emphasis on certain parts that really show they care about having their customer’s do it right. There is room to stretch the support in the middle for longer desks. Overall, first impressions are great. I love this product very much and am so happy with it. If you are considering purchasing, I HIGHLY recommend this one. I am very picky with my choices for my set ups, technology, etc. this really stood out to me! I paid $150 for the legs, so if you do not own a desk top for it, $150 plus a mid tier, basic wood desk top you can likely purchase from a lot of places for cheaper than a complete desk… you can look at a nice set up for ~$200 with room to play around with the quality of what you’re looking for. Fantastic for a home office set up with room to integrate a gaming station like mine.

I wanted an affordable but effective standing desk to use with my wood desk top. These legs came in one package with everything I needed except for a power drill that I used to drill my wooden table top onto the legs, if you have a solid desk you will need a power drill. I put it together all by myself pretty quickly and was very impressed with how quiet and smooth the raising and lowering is. My husband is 6’2” and it was tall enough for him. The desk is very sturdy and feels like it can easily support all the weight I need to put on my desktop. Overall very happy with my purchase, I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable standing desk!

First of all, the desk frame works very well. The motor is quiet, the controls responsive, and the base is very sturdy, and all at a great price. However, the best part of this product is the outstanding customer service! I broke the controller (my fault!) and emailed the company to see if I could purchase another one. They responded within a couple of hours, asked some questions to make sure which controller I needed, and quoted me a very fair price. They shipped the controller almost immediately after I ordered it and sent a couple of followup emails to make sure I received the controller and that everything worked out. I felt totally supported and confident that if I had any issues they would definitely be there to help me out. Thank you! Bottom line, this is a great desk frame supported by even better customer support. ErGear will be the first place I check when I need office furniture.

It's built great. Feels very sturdy and is not loud at all when the motor's on. The "rotation lever" could be sturdier. Everything feels built great but this part. When assembling, I feared I could break it. Other than that, it's extremely useful and far cheaper than others on the market.

To improve my health now that I work at desk I wanted to convert my desk to an adjustable. This was very simple to setup, and the legs are very solid. The height options at each extreme end work perfect for me, granted I'm short so if you are really tall make sure it will be ergonomic for you.
