I tried 3 other desks before finally just trying this one to use as my vanity. I was elated to learn that it actually was the best of all of my vanity desks before. Sounds crazy, I know, but it's not super thick so my rolling cart fits underneath and the fact that it raises up means I can stand up to do my hair and not have to sit which makes everything just fall more naturally. The surface area is plenty big enough to be a vanity and a desk and the drawer was a bonus I didn't realize it had. there are also charging ports built into the controls which is convenient. It was really easy to set the heights (3 different ones you can set) and it is quiet when going up/down. No complaints here at all. ... show more

This is a great desk. It took about 15 minutes to put together. It's sturdy, functional, stylish and very well made. First, there is a drawer - that's sectioned in two compartments to help keep you organized. Next, there is conveniently placed charging port to keep your device(s) charged. Then you've got about 48 inches of working surface so you aren't cramped. For more convenience, and functionality, this desk adjusts from as low as 28 inches to as high as 46.5 inches. You have the capability to preset 4 different heights to accommodate your needs. Best of all, upon unboxing, the desk is pretty much assembled - in three steps you've got a fully functional desk. I just received this desk and put it together on my own with two toddlers running around-- needless to say it was easy to put together. I must say, it is REALLY wobbly. I tightened all of the bolts. Even as i type I can see my lamp wobble. I think given the price, it should be more solid than it is. I am not sure if I would recommend this to a friend. An upside, the glass is really nice. This desk is beautiful and sturdy and looks great in my office. It was quick and easy to put together, taking me about 20 minutes max, even with my mobility issues, and it’s so convenient to use. It raises and lowers perfectly every time, and I love the charger built into the front of the desk. It makes it so easy to charge my phone while keeping it within easy reach. Unlike my other standing desk, this one has a nice little drawer in the front, so I can keep my pens and other small office accessories within easy reach but don’t have to worry about things rolling off the deck when raising or lowering it. I like this desk so much, I ended up moving my other standing desk into the spare office and made this one my main desk. I wasn’t originally planning to do that, but this one is just so nice, I wanted to be able to use it every day. I’m very happy with it. ... show more
