So far so good. I was impressed with the careful packaging which was especially designed for the product. The parts were sitting "tight" and the lines are think so it would be difficult to imagine that the desk will get damage during delivery. The parts felt strong and the assembly instructions are pretty straight forward with big pictures. That being said, I am a novice (not handy) and it took me about a good 45 minutes to assembly. There are some minuses: - The desktop is 2 pieces and thus there will be a slit right in the middle. But since most of the time you are not going to write directly on top of that and for other purposes that slit would not cause a problem. - The motor is just "a very very little" slower than I want, but I am still good. - The packaging is great for delivering the product; but trying to put it away in the garage can is a different matter :D. Wish someone will design that into the packaging next time. I would have given this a 4.5 star but with the price (given the discount) of $99; I definitely rate this a 5 for now; unless it break down on me after a couple of months :D:D. This desk is a great value for the price, with a sleek design that looks fantastic. Assembly was straightforward, thanks to clear instructions and pre-marked holes. The motor noise is minimal while adjusting the height, which is a nice touch. However, the desk does become a bit shaky at its highest setting, and I wish it was a little sturdier. It would also be better if it included some kind of rail between the two legs for added stability. Overall, though, it’s a solid option for the price. ... show more

This review is for the ErGear Electric Standing Desk, 48 x 24 inch Height Adjustable Sit Stand Up Desk, Computer Home Office Desk with 4 Memory Height Buttons, Two Pieces Desktop, Black, EGESD110B. First off I LIVE this desk!!! Since I moved to become a 24/7 caregiver my personal space has been reduced to approx 100 sq feet so anything that lives in here has to be versatile and functional and just generally make my life better. This desk meets those criteria. This desk came with tools, hardware and clear instructions for putting it together. It took me a couple of hours to get it done but I was working solo and while I’m handy I’m old, weak and slow (64 yo F). I needed something I can use to take care of household business like paying bills, use for various kinds of crafts, fold clothes and other varied tasks. I have severe ADHD and knew that whatever solution I got I needed to have the option to stand up. Finding this desk was like finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. It’s plenty sturdy for anything I need. I love that it allows me to preset different heights for different tasks and changes with the touch of a button. It has thoughtful details like the headphone hooks. It even came with adhesive cord minders to keep the cord for the raise/lower mechanism out of harms way. I also appreciated that extra screws and other hardware were included for every step. I use this desk multiple times daily and have been for several months. I am extremely happy with it. I have an adjustable drafting chair for sitting at any height and I keep a balance/wobble board underneath for use when I’m standing which allows me to meet the need to move whatever I’m doing. I used adhesive Velcro strips to attach a plug strip so I don’t have to worry about the cords of anything on it moving when I raise and lower it. At the time of this review the price was reduced to $99 which is a tremendous value IMO. If this one ever needs replacing I’ll look for another just like it because it truly meets all my needs! I purchased this height adjustable desk for when I work from home. I needed a smaller size since it is in the bedroom but still have room for 2 monitors, a laptop, and a notepad. It adjusts quickly and easily. It was easy to assemble, it’s sturdy, and looks good in white. The only issue I have is the corners of the top were damaged from shipping. Quality on this is really low. I was able to assemble this table easily. But most of the screws not freed on tightening. One side of motor screw brake it's plastic plate. After assembly, on flipping I noticed that the top will fall off if we try to move it by holding from top. Really poor quality. Not recommended at all. ... show more

Took a while to put this desk together. Thought I was doing something wrong but two of the holes underneath the table did not align either the the screw holes. They are spaced way too far apart. So the middle of the table is not secure if you maybe accidentally bump it from under with your knee or something. I'll probably just have my husband drill the 2 tiny holes for me so I can secure the table. Other than that the table does what it's supposed to do. It raises and lowers just fine ... show more
