Y'all, i have to give an update! See my original review below, then read the update!! Update: I reached out to those in charge, mostly concerned about the pill inside my purse. They responded very quickly and offered to resolve problem without hesitation. I changed my review from 2 to 4 stars because of this. I would still proceed with caution because you never know what you will get. I may purchase from them again. The excitement i had for this was quickly diminished when i opened it!! Unfortunately this was a terrible purchase. First, the material has a few scratches and rips on the outside, there is dog or cat hair inside the bag (i dont have pets) AND there was some type of pink pill inside it too.. How does that happened to a NEW item? It also did not come with the poofball keychain. I wouldn't waste the time on this. You deserve better!!

I love the durability and versatility of this backpack. It has multiple compartments to it that holds all your on-the-go items. I highly recommend this as a purchase because it’s well worth the money spent. I think I’m going to get it in black.

My first impression of this bag was that it was a really cheap and material and I didn't know how durable it would be. I Actually held on to it in the box for about 2 weeks while I decided If I wanted to keep it or not. I've been trying to get away from carrying a regular purse and wear something where the weight of my purse is evenly distributed on my back instead of one shoulder and I finally decided at this price point and for how cute it was I was just going to try it. I'm so glad I did. I've had no issue with the quality of it. I use it on a regular basis and I have four kids so I'm constantly going in and out of my purse and carrying random things. I've been using it for a few months now and I have no issues with the quality. It's very comfortable to wear but my favorite is that it has tons of pockets. I was concerned about having valuable belongings on my back and not being able to see behind me, but because there's so many extra pockets including one large one on the back of the bag that rests completely against my back so if I have something valuable, or I'm traveling in an area where I have to worry about someone snatching something out of my bag, there's plenty of pockets that are not accessible for someone to grab anything out of it while I'm wearing it. I feel like everything is completely secure in it. I also absolutely love the way this bag looks and I get tons of compliments on it and people asking me where I got it, so I didn't have to sacrifice any style to switch to this bag. And I literally traded from a very expensive leather coach purse for this with zero regrets lol I highly recommend it. I got it in the blue color which I absolutely love which surprises me because I normally would never pick a blue purse but this one I'm crazy about. I can't recommend this bag highly enough. If you're thinking about it, just go for it. It's an awesome awesome purse. But know the imitation leather is very soft and thin, I won't get as long of a life as I would with my leather, high quality purses. But I'm not concerned about that, especially at the price point of this bag

This bag was a gift for my daughter when she opened it up the smell was terrible had to let it sit for 2 to 3 days but she liked the bag she used it after the smell went away
