Very little odor and I’ve extremely sensitive to smells. I left it out and open for a couple -3 days. I thought it would be too soft the first afternoon but it expanded all the way. It’s soft and that’s what I wanted. If you want dense memory foam this might not be what you want. My hips sink in the right amount for me to be able to rest and the rest supports in a way that suits me. I have a fairly firm mattress under it. Info that might help you choose ,I’m 5’ and 125 lbs. Don’t pull on the edges to move it! If you pull close to an edge it will tear. I think it was worth the price. Are there better toppers? Probably but I don’t want to pay the extra for them. ... show more
