Decent for the price. The packaging is cheap so the majority of the items showed up with dents and scratches, and multiple pieces were missing or broken upon arrival. Fortunately their customer service is really good and they quickly sent out the missing/broken pieces. I would have given 5 stars if the cables system was better. The rails and connection that the cable weights run up and down are pretty cheap so the weights get stuck and stay suspended unless I have a minimum of 40-lbs loaded on ... show more

    • Everything I need except good directions
As the title says, this is a good product. I received it on time and it wasn’t damaged at all. The directions were more of a figure it out yourself with minimal steps. Still, it took my girlfriend and I about 2 hours. So nothing crazy. I’ve used it for a week now and it has been great. No complaints. Most I’ve put on is just 185 but it’s held up no issues.     • No Directions for installing cables
There are literally zero instructions for installing the cable system. Zero.... the written instructions for the rest of the assembly are incredibly vague and you’re relying on pictures for most of it. But again, there are literally NO instructions for installing the cable system.

Very sturdy structure and well designed workout machine. So far so good! This was exactly what I wanted, an all in one gym. This machine is designed well and works great! The various movements and exercises you are able to perform from squats in the rack to cable cross overs with the adjustable double pulley system there is endless possibilities. I have looked around prior to purchasing and have seen similar products, yet vastly more expensive. The value for what your getting is amazing. I can literally say I have a home gym. I have used this cage 3 times now and hope this is a thorough review for anyone on the fence. Good instructions and part labeling could have done the build in under an hour. The system itself is great. I have had up to 275 on it and the rack was very sturdy with it. I have also done a bunch of dips and pulls and it was great. This cage meets all my lifting needs and so far I am happy with the purchase. I am glad I don't have to go to public weight rooms anymore and have to wait on a squat rack. Extremely Fast Delivery.     • Returned because of safety issues
I was this close to having the cage delivered until I couldn't find any information about the safe bars which are the bars that run on the sides, front to back, and are supposed to protect you if you have to drop the weight. This was why I decided to cancel my order: when I asked ER Kang what material it was made out of, they didn't specify what kind of material it was, meaning it could be a low tensile strength material that breaks easily if you drop weight on it, nor did they attempt to try and reassure me that a $700 dollar purchase would at least have a decent safety bar in place since most people will probably work out alone, like myself. Don't skimp on safety. If you're spending this much on a cage, at least make sure the safety mechanisms can catch weight if you need to bail. I gave them 3 stars because they at least got back to me in a timely manner, and took 2 off because they wouldn't answer my question about the safety bar. I suggest looking into Bells of Steel. Yes it costs more, but it has lifetime warranty with plenty of attachments. ... show more
