These hats are very cheaply made. I order 10 hats and for some dumb reason they put all 10 hats in a small box to save on shipping & all the hats are squashed & wrinkled. Center of the hats aren't even. I will be sending these back asap.

As far as sublimating graphics on these hats, it was pretty much a failure. If I let the hats press for the recommended time, they started to melt and wrinkle really bad. If I lowered the time or temperature, the graphics were lacking most of their color. I ruined about 4 hats and then threw the rest on a shelf to collect dust. I was cleaning out my craft room and came across them and some extra iron-on patches. I thought I would give it a try. They turned out awesome and I like the way that they fit. I will probably be ordering more for that purpose. As far as the sublimation failure…. It could just be operator error

I had someone request a hat and this was the first one I’d ever done. It was easy to line up and press and the vinyl held wonderfully. My next one I’ll try sublimation but I'm sure it’ll be even better than the previous.
