    • Don't know why I never watched BEFORE...
Funny thing, I had never watched any of these movies until this year. One day I was going through the cable guide and saw that the first movie, The Equalizer, was on and I noticed that I could restart it and watch it "OnDemand". Now, I had heard of the movies for years, just never watched either of them before. When I got into the restart, I realized that I would also like to see if I could watch the second one, The Equalizer 2, "OnDemand" and yes it was also there for me to watch when I finished with the first one. I couldn't believe that I had not considered these movies for years. Both movies were great entertainment and made very well with all aspects of them acted out and performed exceptionally well. I then wanted to see the third one, The Equalizer 3, but I couldn't unless I paid for it to rent or buy on cable. I decided that I wasn't going to do that and made up my mind that I would check and see if Amazon.com sold the 3-Movie-Collection. I found it when I searched Amazon.com and bought and received the movies then decided not to open the package until the weekend of a special date. Now, this happened before I opened the package...I was watching my cable one night and saw that the 3rd movie, The Equalizer 3, was PLAYING FOR FREE on the same channel that I had seen movies 1 and 2 a few weeks earlier. Of course, having the 3-Movie-Collection at my fingertips ready to get opened at any moment that I wished, I refused to watch it on Cable. What a joke that was, I couldn't help but laugh that they decided to put the 3rd movie on for FREE when earlier they were trying to suck money out of customers to see it to complete the trilogy. Well, the joke was on me, or the cable company, or somebody, because I sat down and opened my The Equalizer 3-Movie Collection package and watched ALL 3 of them back-to-back-to-back...without any COMMERCIALS and I had a nice evening of Action Packed and Over The Top Excitement and Entertainment!!! I would say that after all...I won and the joke was not on me! ... show more

It’s DENZEL for GODS SAKE!!! Tell me that’s not enough. Huh? I DARE YA!!! All 3 of his KICKASS flicks in one package. 4? 6? discs in all, with some sweet liner notes. A few “behind the scenes” outtakes with some insight into how they did certain things, some post shooting talks/“interviews”& viewpoints as to *how* they pulled off certain (impossibly seeming) scene “stunts”, moving body aspects, & I don’t ‘think’ they did a lot (or not at all) of Green Screen imaging. But, overall Denzel shines as his usual BAD ASS “Equalizer” 😉 stuff! Thanks D! Well worth the $$ ESPECIALLY on *at least* Blu-Ray. Probably way better with 4K format. But I don’t have the scratch right now so, time to up the ante for my wheelchair racing!!! 😜🤫🫣 JK!!! Denzel is without a doubt THE most talented & REAL Actor of the last century!!!!! So, anyway pick these up on whichever format you prefer. And HANG ON for THE RIDE!!!!! 🤙🏼ALOHA!!!🏄🏻♂️ Coz….. ... show more

I really like this movie series. Like most sequels the first film is the best. The other two are pretty good. DVD quality is good and buying the set was a good deal.

LOVE Denzel! Grew up watching him and he is an excellent actor. REALLY LOVE the Equalizer series… the storyline is creative and addicting and I have watched all three movies multiple times. I can ONLY watch movies I really enjoy multiple times without falling asleep. Really glad I could purchase these in a box set with the digital option. Now I can share them with old school friends who still have dvd players and watch on the go anywhere with digital! ... show more
