Hands down the best of the best acne patches out there. Yes, it does leave a sticky residue afterwards but that’s because you have to cleanse your face afterwards, and if you leave it on for more than 8hrs then you will have an irritated rednesses, but no worries it won’t cause an infection. Just moisturize and let the zit rest, and repeat again the next day. Also, please do not use these for black heads. It’s only used for acne. Trust me, these patches are extremely powerful! My acne don’t last 3 days! It disappears by day 2. I recommend just please read the instructions, and you won’t have a problem with irritation. ... show more

These are the best acne patches. I think the lower overall rating is bc the dot patch product (which im referring to with my 5 star rating) is lumped with the big patch product (which seems to be a so-so product). The dots are baller. They actually stick and they are the most invisible of all the acne dot brands. Would be nice if they sold the diff sizes separately so people could use the different sizes at different rates. Regardless, these are the best ones - no need to mess around with the countless other acne patch brands that are super thick, fall off, opaque, etc ... show more

they were very comfortable, i even forgot i was wearing them once, but these hurt waaay more to take off than the mighty patches i'd been previously using and they left behind a sticky residue that took ages to scrub off fully. i didnt see them working noticeably better than the mighty patches, so i'm passing them off to my mom and going back to those. if you're fine with the residue, i'd say give it a chance based off the other reviews, but its not for me! ... show more

Love the tapered edges and the smallest size is the smallest I've found. I even wear these in public. I tried so many before I found these. Most are fine for wearing around the house or to bed, but this is the only one I've found that I am comfortable wearing when I'm around other people. I’ve used lots of different zit patches & these are by far the best. It comes with a ton in 3 different sizes. They are very thin - the smallest ones are great for day wear without looking like you’ve got a massive, thick patch on. My fave feature: the plastic it’s attached to is split & perforated down the center for easy removal, which I’ve found WAY easier for application without ruining that patch or causing indentations or snagging from your nails or fingers.
