This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She loves it, but it only stay charged for 5-10 minutes. I have tried contacting the seller. They have not responded. I tried returning the hoverboard and they are charging me 50 to return. I am not happy with this situation especially bc they have not contacted me even for trouble shooting. Have anyone else had this problem.

First off my daughter and her cousins love this hover board! Anyway my daughter lost her charger so I asked the seller where I could buy a new one, and the seller contacted me very quickly and sent me a new one free of charge! I'm so happy with this purchase. Only thing is it does not have LED lights but thats not a huge deal.

The hover board is cool and does what it’s supposed to. But in the description it says “Fashion LED lights” and no lights came on it! My whole purpose of getting an all black hover board is because I thought the lights would look neat. But nevertheless, my son should still enjoy it for Christmas. Just a little disappointed about the false advertisement.
