The buttons are super stiff and hard to use. I absolutely hate this remote but it gets the job done Update to add it’s been like a year now and I cannot even begin to tell you how much I HATE this remote. It has to be the worst remote I’ve ever used. It barely works the button are so hard to push. Sometimes to even get it to work I have to bang it on the cup holder of the couch so it MIGHT work. 10/10 don’t recommend if you don’t have a lot of patience. If you choose this remote out of all the other options then I wish you nothing but luck.

DO NOT BUY THIS REMOTE!! The remote lasted me for about 2.5 months!! Work great and nice then just starts having connection issues and not wont even connect to my tv anymore. The light turns on and everything when clicking buttons but nothing works. The worst part it is after 30 days so cant even get my money back or exchange. Dont even offer any way to troubleshoot connection issues since according to other comments thats a main issue.

Super easy to use. It automatically synched up with my tv. It came with batteries already loaded up into it which was a wonderful surprise! Appears to be durable and made of good quality. Overall, an excellent replacement remote control

I purchased this as a replacement for the original remote on my new bedroom LG TV. I also have an LG TV as my main TV. The orginal bedroom TV remote was AWFUL as the buttons were all the same size. This one is similar to the "magic remote" on the main TV... however, it's not that well made. Every time I pick it up, the battery door comes loose. Also, they include the "scroll wheel" but it doesn't function except as a push button. They should just eliminate the wheel and go with a button. Also, even though it looks much like the "magic remote", some of the buttons aren't in the same place, which wouldn't be an issue for many, but for me switching between remotes it's annoying. It's not very expensive though. I might look for something else that works better.

This turned out to be a bad product. Wanted simpler remote without the pointer or voice, but the wheel just doesn't work good as a "select" button. Finally gave up on it and just ordered a more basic remote replacement from Amazon.
