I have had problems falling and staying asleep.since my bone on bone hip have been paining me.it really helps my hip painat times.it depends on what I have done during the day .I had complete knee surgery, and at the end of my 4 week I could hardly see the scar. The doctor ask where is the scar.it was hardly noticeably. Iwake up in a better mood.im more energized after a night sleep. My sister an I have pretty much the same type of pains she had a birthday on the18th of september.I ,surprised her with one of these mats,she wrote me and said it does not heat up. Not the Earthing Brand...

...which it doesn't represent itself to be so much less expensive and does provide and wffective ground. Use it daily. Not a cure but good against the daily onslaught brought on by an unhealthy environment. Qualty construction, good materials.

Great for Travel

I often travel internationally, and I easily carry this with me. I always feel exhausted when I land in my locations, and after a hot shower, I always take a power-nap with this mat, and feel ready to go - and grounded - much quicker than I would without it.

Not a 15' grounding cord.

Description says a 15' grounding cord. I received a "wound up" cord (apx. 2') that "maybe" would stretch out to 15'. But, if you take your foot off the mat, the cord winds back up and the mat goes scooting. No way could I use this mat at the foot on my bed, and also I could not even use it sitting in my chair. The instruction that came with the package actually shows a 15' code which would have made this product usable. I am returning because of the short, wound up cord. I would have kept it - IF - I had received the proper 15' code.

The shocks through your body are real!

This is definitely an interesting product, and when I am sitting and working or reading, I like to put my feet on the pad. I bought the larger pad so that I could sleep on it but the only problem is it shocks you through the night and wakes you up. That is not fun. Also it does not stay put because it slides as you slide so not the best for sleeping on but it definitely makes a difference. I would get a smaller pad next time. I haven’t tried it during my workout yet.

I wasn’t so sure about this whole grounding thing, but I thought what the heck, I’ll order it. Well, my aches and pains are fewer, my back feels SO much better after using it for the past couple of months. I put mine on the couch, the dog seems to gravitate to it too. I say, give it a whirl!
