A motel we stayed at recently had the most comfortable pillows I had ever slept on. I took a picture of the label and went on Amazon and ordered two Envirosleep Dream Surrender Pillows when we got home. There was a packing error and we received Envirosleep Platinum pillows. I contacted Sterling Avenue, the seller, and they apologized for the error. Liz said the Platinum pillows were very similar to the Dream Surrender pillows and suggested that I try them out for a few nights before deciding whether to make the exchange. It turned out that my husband liked the Platinum (medium firm support). Since I still wanted the Dream Surrender (firm support) they are shipping it out to me. UPDATE: I received the pillow today. It is as comfortable as I remembered from the motel. I have to say, Sterling Avenue is one of the most responsive companies I've worked with. BEWARE!!! I purchased two of these pillows in July. After about 3 months they started to get clumpy and lumpy. I called Amazon customer service, which is usually very good. But, this time, they could not do anything because it was outside of the warranty period. I sent a message to the EnviroSleep company. But, they never responded. I sleep mostly on my side. I like to tuck my shoulder under the pillow. I like my head to be held up to the level of my neck, not sink down into the pillow. These pillows are very fluffy, hold their shape, good fabric, well made. But they are VERY soft. My head sinks way down in them, below my neck. I’m giving them away after trying to live with them for a while. If you like super soft pillows, you’ll love these. ... show more

I originally found these pillows at a hotel we were staying at (because they were super comfy) and I wanted to knw what brand they were. I love how they're soft to the touch but firm (but not too firm). For me, it's a good balance. Will buy these again in the future!
