I got this well-packed bench very soon after I ordered, it is so easy to assemble, only for ten minutes, I completed it and put it to the entrance beside my shoe cabinet. The size is perfect, not small and not big. I like this product so much, it has a very stable frame with smooth wood, so comfortable thick cushion, clean and beautiful color design, also more thoughtful details, like the non-slip pads and the good storage shelf. You can move it to anywhere. I cannot wait to buy another one for my bedroom. It is worth the money. I recommended!

The bench is exactly as pictured. I had been hoping it was a more grayish tone honestly, but its true to color shown. It was very simple to put together (just myself, with 2 small children around) and only takes a few simple steps. The cushion is firm but substantial. It does have a couple of uneven spots but not very noticeable and I imagine they will smooth out with use! Very sturdy and solid!

The bench is great for the price. Assembly was easy except one of the predrilled anchor holes for the bolt in one leg was not aligned with the predrilled hole in the wood support under the seat. It was off by more than 1/4”. I should have returned it immediately but I thought I could make it work. I tried to make the hole in the support bracket larger but it still would not align with the leg. I ended up drilling an entirely new hole above the predrilled hole after making a mess trying to enlarge the predrilled hole. I wrote to the manufacturer several times describing the issue and they responded several times with the unhelpful suggestion that the bolts not be tightened until all the bolts were installed which was exactly what I did following the instructions. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was the predrilled anchor holes in the leg was not in the right position to align with the support bracket. Their responses seemed to be AI generated and not at all helpful. Again I should have just returned it and not try to fix it. The bench now wobbles a bit.
