  • Elegantly beautiful
Gorgeous and so lovely to use! The blades are super sharp and weighted just perfectly. Would definitely recommend

  • 1 year review - Edge chips
While these are beautiful, and incredibly sharp knives, the edges are sadly chipping after the first year of use. No I'm not chopping through coconut shells...this is from regular use on primarily vegetables, and the chipping is happening on all except the tomato knife. Sad to say, this will not be a set we'll have for a very long time. ... show more

  • Very comfortable to use
I really like these knives. VERY sharp out of the box. So far no need to refresh the edge after a month and a half of semi-consistent use. Debating if I should get sharpening stones or a special device sharpener. Decisions... Overall, I made this purchase based purely on videos on Youtube and written reviews. Handles fit my hand very well, very comfortable to use, and they look really cool. They are more substantial than the Wusthof knives I have, and this helps when I am cutting chicken and pork, and heavier vegetables. Now I need to get a better cutting board that is hard enough to stop the blades from cutting into the surface. ... show more

  • Great set of knives
Nice set of knives, but all but the chef knife and paring knife are a little smaller than expected. Still work great, but smaller and lighter. Would definitely recommend them.

  • High-quality knives
This is the first set of truly quality knives I have owned and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.

  • Serious high quality worth the price
This is a high quality product, super sharp. I have no regrets what so ever spending more for these knives. They are so very worth it. It is a joy cutting with a knife set that stays seriously sharp, they look great, proud to show them off; dark solid wood handles with the metal going all the way through to the heel back. Beautiful layered metal blade with high polished pebbled surface texture. ... show more

  • Great Damascus Japanese Knives
really enjoying the well balanced, ergo handled, and extremely sharp knifes. I've used daily for over a month and no evidence of them becoming dull. Wife not allowed to touch or clean. Hers are all in a kitchen drawer -- mine our on display and used when I'm making dinner. She's good with that now she not having to cook dinners any more. ... show more
